Waited on a Amazon delivery that USPS was suppose to deliver today! As Im walking to my kitchen I noticed from my apartment window the mailman was already out delivering to the complex. After 40ish minutes I see him finishing up, and getting into his mail truck pulling off. So Im thinking now hell start delivering packages to resident doors like usual, but Not this time... 2 minutes after seeing the mailman drive off, I get a message from my package Tracking notification saying at 12:40 pm "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED: we were unable to deliver your Amazon package for more info go to package tracking @.... Bla Bla Bla... The mailman never knocked on my door! So I go and check my mailbox, and sure enough there were two light peachish parcel slips "Sorry we missed you! With all my delivery tracking information on them. The crappiest thing about it all- My items ordered from Amazon are for a big art project. Please dont tell me USPS is becoming the next FedEx- with bad customer service!?!?

I ordered special gift for my " #2 mom" (very special lady), I am home, 24/7, except grocery store.-I take care of mom(86yrs) & 89yr dad wth alhz.Mon-12/12--cooking dinner & friends here to decorate tree all afternoon till 7:00pm. Thought 2 chk status on order---delivered @ 5:02pm (bullsht).Wed. clld williams P.Office, was told 2 contact supervisor @ highlands office.1 1/2 hrs. ltr-bzy-signal drove up there. WELL, snotty, rude & was promised A ph. cll in morn. He needed 2 tlk wth carrier as 2 find out just where he left it.(only 1 door here)--NO CALL--STILL BUSY SIGNAL every time I call. NOW, I HAVE TO DROP ALL OF MY RESPONSIBILITIES TO MY PARENTS AGAIN. You all know, itll be some damn excuse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FOR PETES SAKES, I WAS HERE--2 FRIENDS 2 HELP ME PUT UP TREE--OH YA, IM DISABLED TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Going up there asap--8:30 this morn. My time is valuable & I dont get paid per hr. nor, would I lie to A person that depends the USPS .

Ive been trying to contact the postal service because our mail delivery person leaves pkgs too big for the box on top of the mail box. Imagine what happens when it rains! We also worry about theft. Ive been at friends homes when a package has come via mail and it is delivered to their doorstep. The mail delivery person doesnt always bring the mail but he does deliver the pkg. What is normal to expect from the mail delivery person? I tried filling out the on-line form but to no avail because when you get to a certain point it just doesnt let you fill in the information necessary to move onto the next page. Frustrating!

The worst service Ive ever had!!! Clerks are VERY RUDE!!!!! And VERY SLOW!!!! Id have a note left for me to pick up a package, but when I go to the PO its not there. Then it magically appears in a week or too. I also have a PO Box.... which I check almost every day.... they would leave a notice that theres too much mail and I need to pick it up at clerks. And when they bring my mail its only 3-5 thin letters!!! And no one ever knows anything! Its a headache dealing with them!!!!!!! Has anyone ever moved to a different city just to get a decent USPS service? Cuz I think I will!!!!

I would like to know why we cant get our grocery ads on Tuesday, like everyone else. My sister in downtown Renton gets hers on Tuesday, My friend off 4th avenue past the Post office gets hers on Tuesday????????? Im lucky if I get mine on Wednesday, here it is Thursday and still no grocery ads????maybe the stores should go back to having them in the newspaper. Ive complained to the mailman, the person in charge at the post office on 4th and still NOTHING. I hope we get some answers SOON I hope someone looks into this PROBLEM

I wish there was a negative 5 star rating. Terrible horrible service, supervisor responds to the "door bell" very slow. Waited 10 mins to speak to her, Morgan, took down my tracking number then left. Another 30 minutes later...people in line also rang the door bell a few times. She comes out forgetting what she was helping me with. "Clerk" (just one usually) at the front also pretty rude and unwilling to help. Whatever happened to customer service?

Just heard from friend on East coast that my Christmas package has been sitting in the post office since Dec 22, no attempt to let me know that there is one there. They also used the excuse on another package that the weather prohibited delivery. Hum, they deliver regular mail, UPS and FedEx were delivering mail that day and each day there after for 4 days. Where the hell are my packages?

They NEVER answer the phone. I should not have to drive there to ask a simple question. They let the phone ring forever and do not pick up. I have lived in the neighborhood for 7 years and nothing has changed. I always have to come in person or call another local USPS.

Wont pick the phone up. One line is always busy, the other they just pick up and hang back up most of the time, after letting it ring for a while. Its been a while, its now 7/10/2017, and theyre STILL incapable of picking the goddamn phone up.

Ive lived in the same place for over 7 years... why is my mail being returned as undeliverable.... And why do I get 2 sets of junk Mail every week? I dont even want 1 set. We always have different drivers that out mail in the wrong box smh

Average post office. Not that reliable on one day shipping. I shipped a bill first class two day deliver, six days before it was due and it sill managed to be ten days late. Sorry but not relying on this service any more.

Dont expect any customer service, they dont pick up their phones, makes you wait for the supervisor on the side for 15-30 minutes at a time, then takes her another similar time to get back to you. All the staff are rude.

Worst service, slow and unhelpful staff. Stood in line to wait for the supervisor, 3 people in line all lost their packages as well. Courier delivered my package elsewhere. Not the first time this has happened either.

This was a fairly pleasant post office to be at. The lines moved at a decent pace and they had self help machines available. Nothing spectacular, but it was a speedier experience than many post offices.
