I was charged $2 as well for my prepaid package, the clerk told me the reason for the charge, was that UPS charges them to pick up. She directed me to the UPS Hub where i could ship my package for free. I chose to pay the $2 for the convenience. I do all my mailing thru the Mailroom, quick and fast.

They ripped me off !!!! They charged me $2.00 for shipping a UPS prep paid box. I spoke to UPS; they said I should not have been charged.
