I have a mailbox here and have always found them helpful. If your item already has postage on it, they have drop boxes where you can mail it out without talking to the attendant... never heard of the handling charge some users are citing. They recently had a change in ownership, Andy is friendly and always smiling when I see him. Should probably get a second person at least part time though, as it always takes at least an hour for him to sort the incoming mail and put it in peoples boxes - which is frustrating for those of us who come by on our lunch break to check for something important.

Ive been going here for the last 3 years since moving to the Finn Hill area. Super convenient, very friendly. Easy to drop off pre-paid parcels. Always greeted with a friendly hello and thank you, and you are on your way. I can always get in and out without ever having to wait in the long post office line. On the occasion when there have been multiple customers, the owners (whom both work tirelessly running their store) are capable of helping multiple people at once to reduce your wait time.

Im so glad I found a good shipping store so close! Ive yet to have a bad experience here– the owner is always friendly and willing to help with whatever I need. The line can get a little long, but he and his staff try to speed things up as much as they can. They offer UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Overall I would definitely recommend this store!

I wish I would have read the reviews before sending my packages from here! The customer service is shockingly bad, the prices are outrageous, and my packages (which were on a deadline) didnt get picked up for 24 hours! If you like wasting money, feeling duped and the overall feeling of frustration, then by all means go here...terrible.

I decided to use them because they were closer then FedEx which is a mistake I will never make again, The customer service was horrible. The guy was extremely rude and promised my package would go out and arrive the next day but failed to do both. I hope the this place goes under because I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemies

The #1 advantage of Pony Express is CONVENIENCE. They will ship using every possible channel and the folks that work there can tell you the difference between shipping UPS, Fedex, and USPS. Its a one-stop-shop for "comparison shipping". They also have computers, boxes, shipping supplies, and PO Boxes for rent.

Stay away... Pre-paid letters are made so the sender would not have to pay postage on the letter, but Pony Express charges extra for handling them. First time I ever heard of this practice. Agree with other reviewers, this business is a little shady and overpriced.

Great people. Convenient location to my house. Safe to deliver and receive packages from Amazon, etc. Boggled by the negative reviews. Ive been nothing but happy with the service. Can get my mail at any hour of the night. Perfect since I travel three weeks a month.

A convenient Juanita-area postal store, this Pony Expresss only drawback is one-direction access (eastbound on NE 116th) and a small parking lot. The owner/manager definitely knows his craft, and gets patrons in and out quickly with plenty of shipping options.

I wanted to make a drop-off for a parcel for which I needed a bit of help for closing it. I was told by the person working to buy a scotch and do it myself! Obviously service level of this post office is very low and no internet to help their customers.

i agree that they are overpriced by a lot, but they are very polite and always helpful to me. Sometimes the cost of convenience and being an independent store is more expensive than using a main UPS store so u decide...

I sent a package to Hawaii through the post office, another postal station and this postal station. The pony express was the MOST expensive. Also it took longer to get to my granddaughter.

I should have read other reviews first. To FedEx Ground a package (phone in a shoe box) that weighed 1 lb 0.6 oz (charged for 2 lb) it was $18.04!! I will not go here again...

Google lists them on search for post office but they charge 85 cents per item to drop off. Post office has better prices too. Privatization will suck.

Very poor customer service. Rude and condescending... must be close to going out of business and a very unhappy place to work..

Charges $5 for a oversized box drop off. Charging for dropping doesnt make sense to me. I shipped a small chair.
