I went there to send a documents in the phils and they told me it will arrived in two days until now my wide didnt recieved it yet and she needs it on tuesday to go back here in america and track it down its already in the phils and whats making it too long to deliver the documents . She needs it ASAP. If she will not recieved it tomorrow monday and my wife have to reschedule her trip in coming back here i will sue this ups woodside.

I changed my morning route to drop a package at 8:05. They are supposed to open at 8! No one was there. Still closed. Also they would not accept my package due to value of item so I had to schlep to Menlo Park to get it. Not convenient. UPS sucks! The staff is nice so I added a start for that. Otherwise Id give 1 star. USPS or fedex from now on!

when I dropped off my package with the return label for the company of the recipient. they never gave me a receipt or anything. I regret that I didnt ask for it because the recipient 2 weeks later cannot locate my item. I dont understand why this place cannot give me my tracking number especially that they are the actual carrier!

Dont show up when the notary decides to take a lunch break. $15 for 3 minutes work but couldnt be bothered. Walked away from the counter and told me to come back in an hour. Are you kidding me? Not the first bad experience with this place but definitely my last. I will never give them another penny. HORRIBLE customer service.

Waste of time. Came in to notarize a Power of Attorney document. The notary refused to notarize because she needed to see the entire case packet. Ive never heard that.
