I was previously told that they had a "drop and go" policy, meaning no knock unless a signature was required. So when I had no knock on my door while waiting for a delivery, I assumed (I know, stupid.) that I would get my package, which consisted of diapers for my daughter. We are not made of money and pinch pennies, which is why I ordered online through toys r us. So when I checked the tracking and saw that there was a "failed" attempt at delivery, I was surprised. I was also shocked to learn that they are supposed to knock. And seeing how I have been home all day and heard no knock, I am very frustrated and confused on how it was a failed delivery. Now I have one diaper left and have to wait 3 days for another attempt at delivery. While the supervisor I spoke to was extremely apologetic, I am still without diapers for 3 days. The driver failed to do his/her job and doesnt care. I will not be ordering from anyone who uses fedex. This is unacceptable.

The FedEx 1-800 phone system informed me that I can pick my package at 18795 NE 73rd St, Redmond, WA and that this location is opened on weekdays until 11pm. When I arrived to this location last Thursday at about 9pm, I was greeted by locked gates and a security guard who told me to come tomorrow when the customer service desk is opened. After I demanded to speak with a manager, the guard signed me in and let me speak with a FedEx employee who was very kind and helpful. In the end, I safely got my package. Why would FedEx confuse its retail customers by providing open hours for a warehouse rather than customer service desk? FedEx, please answer, Im curious to know.

Negatives: 1. My package was not delivered 2. Customer service lied when I called them. 3. Customer service did not inform the location that I would be coming by the next day to pick up the package. 4. Box was badly crushed. 5. My phone number was on the package and I was never called. Positives: The gentleman that helped me at the facility, Brett Ledyard, was amazing. He found my package, pulled up the tracking info, and took down all of the information about the incident and my concerns. FedEx desperately needs more people like him. He is the only reason they did not get a 1 star from me.

Took a day off to wait for a new laptop, and waited the whole day. At 2pm I decided to get the mail, on my way out, I saw a tag on the door, 1st attempt was at 11:40am. For some reason , the driver didnt bother to ring the door bell, I know, because I didnt hear anything. ThIs isnt the first time FedEx screwed up a delivery and their customer service is a joke. Never had a problem with UPS, I missed a delivery from UPS before and they made arrangements for me to pick up my package the same day at their hub. Nothing like that from FedEx. FedEx should go out of business because they suck.

Delivery guy left package ( cardboard box ), getting soaked in the rain with no plastic bag. This was the second time. Does not deliver to door either. Leaves package with a note up at the gate where a passersby could steal it. He should ring gate first to see if were home, then walk it down to our porch like the UPS guy does. We have been home when hes delivered so we know he hasnt tried ringing our phone from the gate. Fed Ex ought to train their drivers to get off their duffs and practice better delivery etiquette.

Poor customer service. A delivery that should have been here a week ago has still not shown up, although FedEx tracking shows the package to be "on the delivery truck" each day for the past week, accompanied with the notice that "delivery was not attempted" - calling customer service was pointless because they have no more info about the situation than I already had from the Google tracking info. Personally I think that FedEx lost the delivery and wont admit it.

They seemed to have no trouble delivering my package on time. I saw the truck drive up the hill, and within two minutes, it drove back down the hill. I checked outside my front door and the package was there. I wish the driver had rang the doorbell. But I understand that they would not want to, if some apartments have dogs that bark at doorbells, disturbing all the neighbors. USPS, on the other hand, could not even find my address.

This is the biggest hub Ive ever seen at 800,000 sq ft. There also pushin about 100 trucks or so at this facility. Your package will be safe here. Theres tons of security: barbed fences, guards, metal detectors and such. My package was found quickly and the help was very kind. FedEx is doin great work.

Have an important delivery today. Waited around all morning. Got a notification from Fedex that I wasnt home for delivery. Called to try to correct this and was told they were closed until Tuesday and theyd try to reship then. I expect, probably, the same thing will happen.

Fed Ex is a horrible delivery company! Waited ALL DAY for a delivery only to get some BS story on why it wasnt delivered. This has happened 2 times now. Not happy. Thanks for ruining our day. You suck Fed Ex. UPS IS AWESOME! To bad it was sent Fed Ex cause they suck!

Dont go. Recommend a service I tried called Kiwiship. If you work in Bellevue or Seattle area, they will come to your office to pick up your shipping item. Same shipping price as you go to a Post Office.
