What a joke. I specifically worked from home the day this package was to be delivered. I went outside during the evening to pull trash cans in and noticed a door tag. Seems the driver is saying s/he "attempted to deliver" the package. I can tell you this: I was home all day, as was another resident of my home. We heard not one single doorbell ring and not one single knock at my door. I am told the facility is closed on Saturday and there is no way I can pick it up until Monday. The package was intended for a work trip that I leave for on Sunday night. FedEx 800 number suggested that they could redeliver the package on Monday - and seemed perplexed that I was unwilling/unable to change my schedule to leave on Monday instead of Sunday. The tracking indicated that the package would be delivered on Friday. When I call the 800 number, they tell me that actually, the package was early and wasnt supposed to be delivered until Monday anyway. If that is the case, then WHY did the tracking indicate a Friday delivery all along? Did the delivery man even ring my doorbell or did he take the lazy way out and just leave the door tag? What a damn joke. I was here all freaking day. There is no local number for the facility, at least not that I can find.

Twice my package was "attempted" to be delivered, only to show some ridiculous excuses on the FedEx tracking site ("Local Delivery Restriction" and "Business Closed/Customer Not Available") when neither of those were true (I was sitting in my office both days, waiting at my desk for the package when the timestamps showed the "attempted" delivery, and the weather was definitely not inclement). The 800 FedEx help line was not helpful at all. Wondering if Im going to get the same BS excuses over the course of the next two weeks of attempted delivery.

This place and company is horrible. I have a package that was scheduled for delivery on Saturday, it was then rescheduled for the NEXT BUSINESS DAY, WHICH IS MONDAY. It was on the truck, then it was brought back to the facility because they changed the delivery date to TUESDAY! come on, I dont have all week to wait for my car parts! Almost EVERY single time I have a package come via FEDEX I have some sort of troubles. UPS and USPS never have these kinds of troubles delivering my stuff!

Fed Ex is very frustrating. The didnt knock hard enough and then left, there was someone here!! Needed the delivery for birthday but they would not guarantee anything other than delivery next day... and pickup[ at a location is not guaranteed for 48 hours!!! Absolutely no option for re-delivery or an upgrade of service... Sender even tried. Next time its UPS - way better service. Very hard to not put a bunch of 4-letter gutter words into this review.

They made a mistake and only put one of my packages on the truck so I was missing a very important work package I needed that day. I found out it was in Auburn and one of the workers, I wish I remember her name, drove her own car all the way to downtown Seattle and personally delivered it. It saved me. I hope management reads this and figures out who did it. It was delivered on Saturday. Thank you very much!

No phone numbers to call direct, No weekend hours. Estimated delivery changed twice, orginally for friday delivery "no explained delay from troutsdale, oregon to Aubnurn, WA" truck arrived on friday but they say it wont be unloaded until monday morning, SO i CANT EVEN PICK UP AT THEIR LOCATION EVEN IF THEY CLOSE ON 9PM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF ON THE PHONE TOO, RUDE AND SARCASTIC.

Stayed at home waiting for my package to be delivered, updated the tracking page to see it was "attempted" but "Customer not Available" So I waited at home to not get a good knock or a doorbell, called in all they said I just have to wait for Monday for the next attempt, I guess on monday I will just have to sit outside my front door. Have had a terrible experience with this location. On two separate FedEx Home Delivery packages, they have claimed there was a "Delivery exception" for an incorrect street address or zip code even though FedEx support verified the address was correct. If you have choice, go UPS or even USPS, these guys dont know how to do their job.

When the FedEx driver is too lazy to leave your heavy package, he leaves a note on your door, and you have to go to the FedEx ground facility, where you wait another 20-30 minutes to get your package. Its a horrible business model, to inconvenience your customers because your employee is simply too lazy to do his job.

They are worst and disorganized. They separated my shipment of 14 packages. I wanted them to deliver them at the same time. They delivered one of the packages to the wrong address? Almost a week after the first delivery, I have not received the other packages. I am so disgusted with this company.

Missed me twice had to drive out of my way im crap weather as they left a door tag. I saw the posting on fedex app call to have them return and person on phome does not speal good enoigh english to communicate Worst experience ever. The USPS could do netter and they are the worst

They lost my package, was a week late. Told me twice it was coming on a specific day and took days off of work, but no delivery. Held at store for pickup 7 miles away instead of FedEx 1 mile from home. They cost me money and time. What a mess of a company.

I had to drive to this location to get my package and although it was confusing about where to go(you gotta walk up to the gate and talk to the guards there) the gaurds at the gate were very nice and I get my package super quick, very impressed!

Damaged my package to the point they couldnt read the delivery address, then refused to deliver the package the next two days, forcing me to drive 40 minutes to pick it up myself. Absolutely godawful customer service.

Never got my package, they claim it was left at the door but I was home all day. Also their "proof" of delivery is a joke, no GPS indication of where the package was delivered unlike UPS.
