the most incompetent and useless service ever. Their job is to place a slip on your door without ever knocking. You may be inside and ... never knew they came until you find the slip outside. They usually do it 2 or 3 times then either they wait for you to pick up the package at the FEDEX station, or they send it back to sender. If I want to buy something and I see they use FEDEX Home Delivery for shipping, I just dont buy it. I use some other service or rather drive and buy locally. They never get better, no matter how many complains they receive. In the past, I had to chase the FEDEX van around my area and get them to give me the package, until I realized how insane that was. Just dont use this and dont buy from companies who use this service.

Of the 3 times they "attempted" to deliver my package, I only got a note for the second time making me unnaware of the previous attempt. The note said that it was the final attempt. Website tracking said "customer not available or business was closed" all three times. I was home all day on the third attempt, no ring from the door box. I waited at the front entrance for the non-existent 4th attempt and had to call customer service for them to tell me I had to pick up my package in person. For the 4h day the website said "Delivery exception Awaiting additional delivery information from recipient" and it was very confusing because I couldnt click or submit anything on that website.

This place is garbage. Dishonest slave labor! Pay descent people by the hour! I will not use Fed Ex unless it is express! Fedex ground should be regulated so greedy contractors do not take advantage of the online shopping boom. Doug and Max are two greedy idiots taking advantage of hardworking folks. This place pays by the stop which encourages unsafe driving which can lead to accidents and death. Be smart and use anybody else as your shipping source. I would give this place no stars because thats exactly what it deserves.

They didnt even try to deliver on the Saturday my tracking Number said my package arrived to their location. Just said undeliverable business closed Im in a single detached family dwelling. When I went to pick it up in person they were rude and less than professional.

"Tried to deliver but business closed or person unavailable" IM SITTING RIGHT BY THE GIANT OPEN ROLL UP DOOR AT THE VERY FRONT OF THE BUILDING. WEVE GOT *THREE* PHONE NUMBERS TAPED TO THE MAILBOX. NO DOOR TAG. YOU LITERALLY NEVER EVEN TRIED.

They should delivery my package on Sept. 6 and today is Sept. 12 But I couldnt get my package yet Tracking shows sitting in San Leandro And doesnt say when will be delivery. This is second time.

My package has not moved since it arrived in San Leandro FOUR DAYS AGO! Seriously, whats the deal here?! I should have received this on Feb. 17, and I am still empty handed one week later.

Call the # and its says open on weekends but they are closed Saturday and Sunday . They also hold packages without being asked to do so ..totally pissed
