The absolute WORSE place to ship anything! My husband stopped in to ship a Louis Vuitton purse for me. He came home with a receipt for 40 dollars!!!!! Wtf?!!! How the hell does a 2 pound package cost 40 bucks?? I spoke to the manager the next day and he told me the owner rang up my husband and basically charged him $2 for tape, $5 to tape it for him, $6.20 for a big box that leaves a 2 inch space around the purse while its standing up, instead of just folding it and using a smaller box... Then charged $25.48 for shipping fees on that big box. He never broke down anything for my husband, or told him there were extra fees of any sort, he just took the purse, boxed it up and rang him up for $40. At the very least he could have given my husband the OPTION to fold it and use a smaller box, plus tape it himself. That would have saved us quite a bit and it would have been a more reasonable charge for 2 pounds of leather and canvas. I absolutely feel like he took advantage of my husband. Ill be looking into usps and see about their pickup service... That would be more convenient anyway, and at least half to a quarter of the price.

Went into this store to ship an item and was refused service due to it being a firearm magazine. The magazine is legal and unregulated so far as shipping and ownership is concerned. They lied to me that it was illegal to ship. When I called them out on the lie, they changed their story to the rule being a company policy. When a company refuses to ship whats legal to ship, they lose my business. I did a lot of business here, but will drive further to go elsewhere.

worst service ever. I wont even go into the entire story as it is not relevant. I will share the "managers" response when we requested his help in understanding additional charges accrued after shipping to Canada. And I quote "Is that your signature? I did not force you to sign it." Anyone who has so little respect or empathy for his customers does not deserve my business and will never get it again.

I love this little UPS store. They have always been very helpful and professional when I come in the store even when busy. Running a small business, Ive had to make a couple emergency print orders and they arent only just fast, but accurate as well. Most recently they helped me with a couple logistics on a print job and I couldnt be happier with out it turned out.

Horrible service both times I was in there. Went to drop off a UPS package and they would not take it and now a DHL package and they wont take. On both UPS and DHL websites this is a drop off location. Went to another UPS Store in Tacoma and they took with a smile. Owner needs a class in business management.
