Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any company, much less a shipping company, ever. They listed my (very valuable) package as "delivered," when I had been watching the porch all day and had not seen a FedEx truck so much as come down the street. I called customer service, who told me that they would file a complaint but couldnt do anything further, as the system showed that my package had been delivered. After reading similar stories online, I found that others had more luck with calling distribution centers directly. As those numbers are not listed, I called them again to ask for a transfer to the center that my package went through. After taking all my information (again), a process that took 10-20 minutes each time, she hung up on me. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will never use them again.

We were expecting a package to be delivered (we live in a gated apartment complex). After checking the status via tracking number, we realized the driver indicated we were not home or the business is closed. THIS IS NOT TRUE...we were home the entire time waiting and the office was open. In addition, we provided a phone number for the driver to call but he/she never did. I called customer service and they said they would contact the “contractor” and request for the item to be delivered. Needless to say, THAT NEVER HAPPENED and now the item we want for Memorial Day weekend is arriving a few days late because of a LAZY driver who chose to type on his little computer that we weren’t home. DISAPPOINTED WITH FEDEX!!!

The delivery driver is constantly leaving packages outside of our Leasing Office unattended and then signing for them instead of personally delivering them to specific unit. Then, when I contact Customer Service to file a complaint I am told that drivers are in fact allowed to leave packages at a location for the resident to retrieve and if they are stolen the resident can then file a complaint. WOW! This is completely unacceptable and, at most, illegal. If you are too lazy or incompetent to do your job, maybe its time to look into a new career?

They have "attempted" to deliver 2 packages this week. The first was attempted on a Friday, then on a monday(both times no one ever showed up) and on the third time box was left at the door but no knock or door bell ring, it sat there for 5 hours before I happened to check for an update around midnight. Second package went missing for 5 days before I called and it suddenly got checked in, and then they "tried" to deliver, but what they actually did was hand it off to another driver and fake that they had tried to deliver.

This place is a joke! I ordered a laptop from Dell and they shipped it through FedEx. I tracked my package and it was last scanned at this location 6 days ago, I called since its hasnt been scanned since. After talking to the manager, he tells me they cant find my package, it has been misplaced, that sometimes they have to open the packages to make sure it matches the description, whatever that means. Still waiting for a call back!

Changed shipping address to business because signature was required. They charged me $5.00 to change shipping address. This delayed the package one additional day. I called to change it back to home address because it would go to my business on a Saturday. "We can change it back to your home address but that will delay the delivery until Tuesday." Really? Pretty sucky.

Thieves !!! Fed Ex driver says he left packages on my porch on 2 occasions. I NEVER got them. Guess what, I have cameras you thief .. Filed a complaint; lets see where this gets me. I dont want them delivering anything to my home; get signature required on your all your packages for your protection.

There was a slip up with my package, not because of FedEx but on the shipper, and the staff here went out of their way to help me out and were able to get me my package that same day.

Drivers lied about "missing me" for delivery. I think the drivers need drug testing.
