These people will charge you for anything and everything. They do not provide UPS shipping materials and want you to buy their things. I was in there today to return an Amazon item. I had the return label ready, but the box was open and they wanted to charge me $1 to tape the box closed. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Very sad.
