Otr drivers: there is a 1 hour limit to be on the property so no overnight parking. They allow us to bobtail out & return for empty. Folks here are pleasant to deal with, have had no issues there. There is a tiny parking lot bobtails can fit in right outside of the property around the corner that is still connected to their property. There is s nature trail there you can enjoy. Parked there 3 times; no one bothered us.
