Went in to get an estimate stood at the counter for a few minutes no one would help because they were too busy eating their donuts and chit-chatting amongst themselves then after a little bit they asked me to fill out some paperwork I filled out the paperwork stood there for a while with the paperwork then I sat down they kept chit-chatting and did not acknowledge me or ask if I needed help again so I grabbed my paperwork and walked out the door would not go back to this business now that Ive read the other comments it shows this is the type of customer service they have went down the street to afd Body Shop North and was helped instantly they even held the door as I walked out for them to do the estimate on the car very great customer service had coffee and other amenities there

"Diablo is will try and rip you off" I went there and got a quote, I thought the quote was fair so I went back to set up an appointment. Once the estimator found out my insurance was paying me more he jacked up the estimate and then gave me some lame excuse that he had to. My father worked in the insurance industry for 35 years and stated that this practice was unethical. I would find somewhere else to get you car fixed.

I took my van to Diablo for minor bumper damage caused by an accident. They treated me fantastic, took great care of my vehicle. They estimated 3 days for repair but it took less time than that. Highly recommend!
