Wish I could do 2 and 3/4 stars. Food is good quality but the people always seem rushed and like they just wanna get you out, not exactly the friendliest to say the least. Also , tonight my burrito was sooo over stuffed that when I looked in the bag when I got home the foil wrapper was opening and the burrito was busted all down the middle , literally. It was the new Chipotle Avocado Burrito. So maybe they need to just slow down, relax, not stuff the tortillas so much and be a little nicer to us customers. Still good food tho :)

Pollo Loco is not as good as it once was. Their prices are high. Specially when you consider the chicken is the cheapest meat on the market. I stopped going there months a go and dont miss it. There is a new place in Tujunga (on Foothill Blvd and Commerce) that makes Pollo Loco taste like something out of a dinner table frozen dish. Its called Pollo Pio Pio. They have some of the best grilled chicken anywhere. Pollo Loco, eat your heart out!

El Pollo Loco food is great, and this one is no different in that category. However, I have yet to get an order (of more than one item) that does not have either something missing, or something different than what was ordered. It is really very strange that this El Pollo Loco just CANNOT get orders right. I still go here because I dont want to drive all the way to La Cañada, but make sure to CHECK INSIDE THE BAG.
