Warning! Warning ! Waring!! Pay attention to these people bad attitude when you go there. Especially if you ask them to clean a little better and they look very angry. If you go to any car wash place, do not pick up your car late or you will get a surprise that will cost you. Unless their worker has good moral but this Temple city car wash is the worst so far. This car wash place is a "Gang" not a hard working employee, that included the manager. I dont think the real boss know what is going on with there employee performance. 警告！警告！华林！当你去那里要注意这些人态度恶劣。特别是，如果你问他们打扫好一点，他们看起来很生气。如果你到任何洗车的地方，千万不要迟到拿起你的车或你会得到一个惊喜，这将花费你。除非他们的工人有良好的道德，但这个庙城洗车是最糟糕的为止。这洗车的地方是“李刚”不是一个勤奋工作的员工，其中包括经理。我不认为真正的老板知道是怎么回事与有员工的绩效。

June 17th 2017 at 4:45pm. This place sucks!!!! The soap they used messed up my rims and the MANAGER got in my face and wanted me to hit him when I asked about them. This can be verified as there are cameras throughout the facility. He said all 4 of my rims were already messed when I got there and tried pull it up on the cameras which clearly showed they were not. He even put a new jeep through with black rims and the same thing happened proving there is a problem with the soap they use. I will never go back there and will be contacting the better business bureau regarding this. I dont know how they stay in business with a classless wanna be thug manager who wants to use violence to resolve customer complaints. I would like to give them a negative rating just because of the managers actions. Worst experience I have ever had.

THIS SHOULD BE NO STARS!!!!! Drops rags on ground but still uses them on vehicles. Do not go there unless you want your car scratched! I watched them drop the cloth and then pick it up and use it on the next vehicle; rocks, pebbles, dirt and all!! I called the manager and he responded "Its no big deal the ground is clean", REALLY??? I could not believe his response, so I asked him for the owners contact information and said "I will contact the owner and see if he shares your same viewpoint".....................he refused to give me the owners information. Now a days with the economy as it is, customer satisfaction is number one and if they intend on staying in business they better get on the bandwagon or they will not be in business for very much longer.

I regularly get my car washed here and have always had a good experience. They always show attention to detail and I have never been let down (like I have at other car washes). Despite the fact that I typically get a cheap "special" Wash/Sealer Wax (available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) they always spend at least 10 minutes in the hand cleaning. Also, I want to add that my car recently would not start just after getting a car wash here (not their fault). Not only were they very helpful with getting battery service and pushing my car to a convenient spot for the tow truck, they also seemed genuinely interested in helping and did not seem upset at all by the inconvenience. The workers just seem like they enjoy working there. I highly recommend this car wash!

Cheap place to get "100%" hand wash. $16 will get you the normal wash + vacuum, $20 gets the deluxe wash which adds underbody wash and tire dressings--as of time of this review theres a $2 discount from checking in with Y***. There are many other more expensive options but I seldom ask for more than the deluxe. The quality of the wash is good. Vacuuming and drying off water beads could be better. The service is also decent, the workers take their time with wiping the insides and drying the car, but sometimes they miss a few spots. The guy taking your request for the type of car wash will always try to upsell some other service (waxing, detail, etc), up to you to get them or not. Overall good local place that I use every couple of weeks.

Very terrible. Even this place dont worth one star. Last time I went there they broke my car without telling me!!!! It is my custom to check the car door by myself. I was very mad. They just say it is not their responsibility!!!!!!!!!What the F***??? I thought they must be kidding. Then the manager came out with a very terrible attitude to me, and even yell to me. I am a lady. I cry and feel helpless. So terrible experience. If you do not want to become a next me, then just do not go there forever.

As I was getting my car washed I witnessed another car still on the wash-line get rammed into by another car. As soon as the owner of the front car complained to management, the employee started yelling at the customer. I told the "manager" that I witnessed it happen and he said that if my car wasnt damaged to get away. They also didnt notify the other cars owner of the incident, and that poor customer drove off unaware. If this is their idea of good service, they are mistaken.

This place is over priced for their work..they ruin my tint by spaying chemicals on it instead of water..idiots!! i paid 35 dollars and my damages are worth more..please NEVER NEVER i mean NEVER take your car here, really bad service and the worst part they did not take responsibility!! Do not let them fool you, to some the price might be good but it is not worth your money..take your car somewhere else, after all there is a reason why things go on sale!! this place SUCKS!!

Horrible services, poor quality, broke my dream car 95 Supra spoiler when open it instead of trunk. Theyre not human, bad attitude name Gustavo Acosta and full of hatred on Asian people or theyre dream killers. Sued them and loss because word against their words. I ended have to pay $1500 myself. I hope they will bad karmas or the temple city car wash gets bankrupt.

Really rude customer service and the mangers was really rude to me and the staff who washes the cars doesnt know how to wash cars right. The manager Anthony is rude and disrespectful. I think they need to get rid of him and I advise u to go to the car wash on mission and Alhambra. Because thats were Im headed if u want a great car wash then u should come follow me.

I usually just go with the "express" car Wash for $7.99 (or less if you have a coupon). its fast, relatively inexpensive and does a decent job of getting the EXTERIOR clean. keep in mind that that the express is just for the outside of the car and you only get a blow dry finish, so bring a towel if you want to get things completely dry yourself at the end.

This place is way over priced! You get the same was reguardless of how much you pay, they dont even clean the inside! Im very disappointed with the services here. The external wash only which is like $7 sucks too...either way thats all youre getting. My tires were still dirty, car had spots....horrible place.

Longest Ive waited is 15 minutes. Automated car wash but hand dryed after the roller. You have to ask for certain parts to be cleaned if they are dirty still. Very reasonable price for a hand dryed wash. Like 12 bucks for the regular. They have massage chairs while you wait. Good prices on shampoo.

Horrible service! All they want is to charge extra for every little thing. They even want to charge extra for removing water spots on the window, when I pay for their Regular Wash. The sales guy doesnt even want to answer question. Very rude!!! I dont recommend this place at all!!!!
