My car went in dirty. . . Came out dirtier. . . Baked on. I was not made aware that there would be no inside detailing and I opted for "The Best Wash" (as was shown on the sign). "You vacuum it yourself" was all I was told. When I re-approached the guy who took my money after the first lousy wash (which also I wish I knew this rental car better as I would also be willing to bet you the car was damaged in the process) he was uninterested in even allowing me to pay the difference to have the proper wash job done. . . Suggested a heavy duty wash/wax and detailing. Customer service blows. Wash was near useless to me. This is essentially a way of getting people through en masse and taking your money. Ive had better self-service car washes elsewhere. Signage was terrible. . . Including half of one of the major signs which indicated detailing was half missing. . . What that meant, I had no clue. . . But now I understand. I wont EVER be coming back here again.

so I went to get my truck washed and expected it to be about 20 maybe 30 min (there was no line) I went in and sat down for about 25 min then forgot I needed to pay so I payed and thought my truck was done since I saw it sitting there not being touched for 15 min. one of the workers kindly apologized and stayed about 15 more min so I waited and it still didnt get touched. I went and started vacuuming it myself until the manager came to me and asked me to stop and showed me my receipt and the receipt said Id only been waiting 45 minuted I told the manager I sat and waited 25 minutes until I payed so the receipt was wrong. the manager was a complete a## about it and just walked away. I waited a total of 1 hour and 11 minutes and my truck was still not donso I left. it wasnt the workers fault they did not have enough workers to do the job. ill never go back.

Went to this new car wash, really liked it. I like that they have so many options, and the prices are reasonable, I did an outside only wash, and it costs only $5.99, and for that price they let me do free vacuum, granted I have to do it myself, but it is so cheap. The lady told me that they used purified-water and it leaves less streaks, I was really skeptical. I like my windows rolled down, but after a car wash it leaves streaks when you roll down your window, but I had much less streaks, so I guess purified water actually does something. Overall good place, will go back.

This place is awesome! I desperately needed my car cleaned inside and out so I went for the mini detail for $85. Basically, WORTH IT. Not only did everyone yeah, they had a team working on my ride do a fantastic job but they were all so nice as well. I ended up tipping double because they more than deserved it. Check this place out. Plan on being there for at least an hour for the mini detail. Perk they leave it spotless.

I have been getting my car washed here for years. I even had the "VIP" membership for a while but didnt think it was worth it because I didnt take my car too often to justify having it. Theyve always done a pretty good job, but I always find something they could have done better. Like wiping my dashboard a bit better, my cup holders sometimes still have minimal trash in them when I get my car, etc. All said, theyre ok.

Extremely good wash for the money. Everyone there was extremely friendly and I even felt inclined to tip the guy who hustled when shining my tires. They use good products as well and have free powerful vacuums. Very cheap if you go during the early bird special which I believe is 8-10 but you would have to call. Its like $4 bucks for the standard wash which is usually 7 or 8.

This car wash scratches your car gaurnteed. I bought a brand new black Audi and I got it washed after two weeks of buying it. Their was a long scratch on the right side. I showed the manger and he apologized. Im upset and I will never ever go here again. I advise everyone to get a hand wash. Trust me dont go here unless you want swirl marks and scratches all over your car.

Its the worst car wash I have ever been to!! I paid $14 and my small vehicle was still dirty! I usually do it myself for less than $8 including vacuuming. And just a little word of advise be careful because I saw very tiny cracks on my windshield and they do have a sign that they are NOT responsible for any damages!

First of all went on a trip up north and got bugs around the front ood my truck so i bring it to the car wash tio clean and when i get home its still dirty with the dead bugs So I go back next week and out comes out the same obviously three last Mann too touch it doesnt pay attention to details or just dont care

One star is too much. They ran my truck thru the wash with the door open totally drenching my seat. Then instead of apologizing they slipped a cover on seat and hid my truck with the keys in it. Once I called the manager there was no apology and no refund. Lakewood Car Wash Sucks!!!

Went to get my jeep washed and described what I needed cleaned. They chanrged me 80+ and I waited over 3 hours for a mini detail. They left scratches and mud and they rudely refused to call the person in charge. Save yourself a headache and dont go here.

Awesome carwash for all....I used just the automatic wash for the first year...then I bought a newer car and checked into the club membership, $35 a month gives me unlimited carwashes where my car is vacuumed and totally hand dried...I love it...

Horible! I went for a normal carwash and when I got my car back and my hood was all scratched up! And when I brought it back to show the manager they said that the scratches were already there. Eff this place I do not sugest anyone to go here.

Paid $50.00 for quick detail, got in and drivers side looked like it hadnt been vacuumed, dash was not shiny at all. Get way better cleaning for only $20.00 regular car wash at Compton car wash. Too much to pay for poor service.

This is the greatest car wash Ive ever been to. My car came out looking brand new! The staff was so nice and helpful! I will never go to another car wash. Make sure you get the Lakewood Lava it makes my car so clean and shinny!

Went to wash my car twice. 1st time one of my sons games went missing didnt think anything of it. Went again a few weeks later then my gps went missing DONT TRUST THOSE GUYS EVEN IT SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD DEAL

Just instituted a new policy that doesnt allow vehicles with outboard mounted spare tires. So my Jeep Wrangler was turned away after years of using them with no other explanation. Poor business practice.

This used to be my favorite car wash. Service was terrible today the machine stopped on the car in front of me and on my car and the car after me. To top it off the guy was rude again. Good luck.
