Very disappointed....my whole family has been going to this car wash since I was a baby, Im now 21 and cannot believe how bad the service has gotten, I often have to take my car back and point our all the things they did half assed. Ive been really trying to give them a chance to make it up but the last straw for me was going in today and seeing they raised the prices pretty drastically, my normal wash is almost 5 dollars more now...not worth it will not be going back

Service has gotten really bad. Ive been going to this carwash for the past 12 years. Theyve done a execellent job. However in the past 2 years there service has been terrible ans this time was the straw the broke the camels back. After a detail I take a look at the inside if my car and it looked like it wasnet even cleaned . I could still see dust. The picture of the rag is what I cleaned after I paid for a detail. Never going there again.

I would give Carwood 5 stars if only they had followed my request to not use Armor all on my new Civic. My prior experience with silicones in general is that they accelerated the deterioration of the plastics and rubbers. So, when you specify no Armor All, include the instruction to not use ANY silicone dressing on the car, not anywhere, including the tires.

I was there today and the place was extremely busy I have not seen it this busy. But the owner was working and found time to talk to me. The car looked great after and I got the spcl spray wax for 22.99 but it turned into a free wash job. Because of my frequent car wash. A great place to get your car washed.

Prices arent too bad, just a few dollars more than my usual spots. The service/work has been consistent though. I try to only come in the middle of the week to avoid rushes. Ive noticed that most businesses service suffers when theyre busy.

Best carwash in town...They are detailed and left my car looking like it came right off the dealers lot. The wax lasted weeks making my car look nice and shiny for weeks. Very attentive staff as well. Definitely my cars spot.

The best hand wash car wash in the area, they really leave your car squeaky clean. If you come early they sometimes have early bird specials. They used to fix cracked windshields that your car insurance would cover here.

My car wash of choice. Friendly and efficient. My car is always clean when theyre done. El Pollo Loco conveniently shares their parking lot for quick, tasty snacks while waiting.

The check in guy with the white hair is very grumpy, they half way wash your car so check it b4 you leave! At least you can get the monthly subscription and go multiple times.

My Husband and I both paid for a service that included exterior detailing and both did not receive it. Also a pair of Ray-Ban glasses were stolen. We will not be returning.

Takes 1 hour to 1 hour 15 min from start to finish.after the car comes out of the wash it can be a half hour before anyone touches the car,so its drying on its own.

1st time and it was an awesome experience. Had my 2014 Rav4 waxed and it looks amazing. Need to add that its 2017 and they are still doing an amazing job!
