I had the worst experience of my life today with car washes. I have been here beforem there service was so so but my car was clean. but today they somehow managed to not only scratch my car, but put a real good dent in it and ruined the drivers side side skirt of my car. when they drove it car off the rail, the person driving it most likely turned too fast and pushed in my side skirt. in order to fix it, i have to replace the whole thing and get it painted. of course they denied it. but i KNOW FOR A FACT, that damage was not there before i took it to the carwash today. the manager was nice enough to have the car driven through the carwash, o we were able to pinpoint from beginning to end where and how the damage happend. The top of the rail that pushed the car through the car wash was the same eact height as the bottome of my side skirt. but with ALL that they still denied it! are you kidding me? i spoke to the manager, the owner, argued with them for hours. THe owner Hamik Shahvaladian somehow magically appeared and started arguing with me. here i am crying because they are sooo unreasonable and unfair. and he was trying to trick me into saying certain words that played in his favor. its so sad to see grown mature men such as themselves, who probably can resolve this by giving their insurance information and resvolve this. isnt this WHY you purchase insurance to protect yourselves? Complete morons. the owner was arguing with me like he was there through the entire situation. But he wasnt even there until after it happend. HOw can he be so sure they didnt damage my car? im not a winer and i take responsibilities for myself and the things i do. i got more patience than your typical person but i will NOT let some moronic degenrate insult me and try to take advantage of me. NOw because of their carelessness and lack of common sense, i have to take them to small claims court. NOw they have to pay out of their OWN pocket to fix my damages instead of just having insurance take care of this, which they paid for already. I called the cops. the cop came, he was really nice, but unfortunately there was nothing the cops could do because this is a civil matter. so dont ever take your car there. if you do, make sure you watch it throughout then entire carwash. watch them. watch every step and every move because if something happens, they will deny it all the way because they are complete cowards.

Went to get our car wash and paid $15 for it, the only thing that were clean about our car was the tires. When I ask the supervisor how come my trunk cover is still very dirty he told me I have to pay another $25 to get those stains out. Then when I asked the cashier if someone more senior I can talk to, she tools me NO, and that I should know better and ask before I chose the regular wash option. She said that even a 2 years old will know that those kind of stains are hard to clean. Super horrible customer service. Never going back!

WARNING!!!!!!!!! DONT EVER GET YOUR CAR WASH THERE OR YOU WILL BE SO REGRETTED. I JUST GOT MY BRAND NEW CAR WASHED THERE AND THANKS TO THEM I GOT ONE 2 INCHES SCRATCH BY THE REAR FENDER DEEP DOWN TO THE PRIMER. AND SEVERAL MINOR BUMPER SCRATCH ON THE OTHER SIDE. THE MANGER DENY THEY DID IT BUT I SWEAR THEY DID IT BECAUSE I CHECKED MY CAR BEFORE I HAND OVER TO THEM. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AND IF YOU DONT LISTEN TO ME I ASSURE THE SAME THING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Streaks where the odometer goes, spots all over the windshield and didnt even leave the scent we asked for. It was $25 and not worth it. (The tires looked good.) I usually go to do It yourself places and pay $10 at most. We just got our car, brand new, and wanted to have it done professionally. Well, we would have gone back and had them fix what we werent happy with but they were very busy and we were running late. I just expected it to be done so much better than what we got. I was disappointed.

I was waiting for 40 minutes. I check my car when the surface there are a lot of water stains do not paint clean, worse things tires and the front did not wash clean, there are a lot of insects body. The staff also told me that I was the reason why I had not been caring for too long. When I check my car inside the time, I found that the basic did not help me clean up.

Rude lady in front today and mediocre job cleaning. Still dirt on the carpets and missed spots cleaning the interior which I paid extra for. Not to mention the missed spots on the exterior which is obviously part of a car wash even a generic car wash done for donations.
