You guys are right, great deal on washes. I have been coming here for about a year. I get hand wax, regular wash and sometimes shampoos. Well this past visit, I got a hand wax ($25 cost/$5 tip). I was satisfied as usual but it happen to rain that night. Im like, crap, but that was okay because they have a 24hr courtesy wash. And thats where I was wrong. It rained for 3 days off and on, so finally it stopped raining and I paid them a visit. I talked to one of the workers there and explained that it had rained. He said "No" and I argued my point. He then went and got his manager. Manager is some bald guy on the hefty side. He asked what I wanted (Unprofessional). I explained again that I got a wax and it rained that day. He said I had 24 hours to come back. I told him it was raining, he then said 2days after I got my car waxed they were open but closed early because it rained unexpectedly. WTF!!!! How am I suppose to know that. How am I suppose to make it in such a small time frame. But he wouldnt help me out. No one time courtesy, no discount, NOTHING. I told him this was not right and if this is the way he was going to be conducting business, I will be taking my business elsewhere. He didnt care, he said "okay" and walked away. That will be the last time I will be going there. Anyways, its East la/ Montebello, there are good deals on car washes everywhere. Especially on Whittier and Lorena. Next to McDonalds. Handwax for $20. Cant beat that. Service and quality is overall Great. Sorry, Pico carwash. Key to having a good business is keeping your customers satisfied. You guys dropped the ball on that one big time. Learn from your mistake and treat customers the way they should be treated, Right.

I went this past Saturday for a car wash. I was in line and the owner of the car in front of me forgot to leave the key, so they had me back up so they could put the car to the side and I thought they were going to wait until I was served next in line since I was the next car to head over to the front by the vaccums. Well, they let two other cars go in front and instead of me getting back in line behind the two cars, I pulled off to the side to discuss what was going on with the decision to let the other cars in front of me. The guy waived his hands at the manager like saying who cares about the customer, let him leave (directed at me). I got off the car and approached this guy in the Shell polo shirt that made the gesture and he said go ahead and leave. I said what? Why did you let the two cars go in front of me and he said he didnt have time to go over why he did what he did and that he was upset because I didnt follow suit and just pulled off to the side. I told him I had been waiting in line for 20 minutes and he said he didnt care. So I said you have terrible customer service and is that the way he treats customers? I told him he just lost a customer. I asked him for his name and he said he was the owner. I was so disgusted that I just got my money back and left his crappy business. No one needs to be treated like that. I served in the armed forces so he could enjoy the freedom of having a business in the USA and this is what type of service and treatment I get when I get back? I wish I had my military uniform on at the time so I could really give him a piece of my mind. Damn rag head mo-fo!

This gas station and car wash its great. fill up with fuel and received discount on car wash. Now. every cent count. They have great prices on detail and car wash and employees do great job!!! Also they do offer rain check with 24hrs of the wash i had my car re-wash do the rain. Excellent. Management. Thank you!

The customers service is great,it seems like everyones are happy when I go in retail store or while they washing my car. Employees take their jobs like they own the station take pride what they doing. I recommended 100%.

Took my car for full interior wash they told job was guaranteed when I went back because of some stains the owner reacted like a jerk and told me to go away literally very disappointed I paid 120 for this

Some of the pumps dont work with certain cars because of the new sensors. I have seen people struggle pumping gas then give up and leave. 3 stars because it is one of the cheaper gas stations in the area.

Overpriced and the cashiers are to slow, its always faster when I go to the shell down the street on greenwood and telegraph rd, great customer service over there , this shell sucks
