One star, and Im being generous because they were fast. I paid $13.99 for the service, but had I known that they were about to close, I wouldve saved the money and go through a do-it-yourself car wash. They did the crappiest job ever vacuuming my car and when I brought it to their attention, I was told to "come back tomorrow" because they had already put away their hoses. They armor alld my tires, but my roms were still 75% filthy, didnt wipe down the interior of the car at all, especially around the door opening or the rim of the trunk. They windexd half-assed....shall I continue? Its raining out right now, but I woke up early to take my grandson to school and detail cleaned the inside of the car when I got home. It still needs vacuuming. Im going to call them when I complete this and ask for a credit for the service. If its not honored, Ill be calling my bank. But seriously, for all the grief, I wont be returning there, ever.

Очень плохо помыли. Я в шоке как так можно? Несколько человек мыло мою машину и состояние ужасное. Хотя ничего сложного здесь нет, просто пыль протереть и хорошо пропылесосить. Нет, не умеют и этого делать. Даже резиновые коврики не достали. Они остались тоже грязные и под ними не пылесосили. Очень жаль, люблю хвалить, но не в этот раз...

Very bad experience too expensive they dont even want to dust the floor matts why do we pay 16 dollars for id they are noy going to at least dust your floor matts And I order black ice for car smell i dont know if they are trying to be cheap the car smell dont smell like anything.

My boyfriend took my car to get washed here and I couldnt believe it when I saw it. The car was still very dirty inside and out. The car looks the same as before I took it in. Never returning there and dont recommend this place. My little girl could have done a better job.

I have always taken my car n my truck to this car wash ans they do a very good job with my vehicles. The only thing is nvr take it during rush hour bcuz they will do it fast n crappy alwaya take it before noon.

Never once had a problem here. My car always leaves looking brand new and smelling great. I live in San Diego and I only wash my car when I come home to see my family. This place is great.

I personally dont like it was a bad experience I had been there 3 times and they do a terrible Job,Cleaning your Car they need New Personal,and New Equipment to perform a better service

There for 90 minutes and the car had spots inside not even wiped down. Brought to mangaer on duty attention and he wasnt concerned. Would not.recommend this car wash.

Twice did not wipe down dash and didnt notice till I saw it in a different light. Hospitality is definitely lacking. Definitely not top notch.
