On Thursday 10/22, Cindy Van Meeveren, my mom went to get her car washed. Shes been coming here for thirty plus years, and was shocked by how she was treated here, by the new owner. While her car was at the end of the automatic car wash, waiting to be dried, they let a large truck hit the back of her car. When she spoke to the owner, he barely acknowledged her and said the damage was already there, spoke very rudely to her and walked off. Other people witnessed the event. Its a mediocre car wash. Its still dirty. Worst car wash. Worst experience.

went yesterday for a car wash and car exited wash and just sat wet until I told the manager if my car was going to dry it self. The employees were standing in parking lot with the manager arguing over there time cards, they also had a sign posted that says " Under New Management" let me tell you thats a lie, because the same managers are still there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Just travel a block south of Flans and use BELCOMP car wash, they have a better staff.

The guy who rang me up had bad service skills he did not say a single word i had to initiate it. The overall job they did was average. The bad thing the guy who washed the inside had bad BO and left my car smelling like s@#$t. I rather wash it myself next time.

Called to ask if they offered a free wash for Veterans, today on Veterans day. He said "Not today, no!" and hung up on me! Rude and disrespectful. If I see home on the street I will punch him in the face and strangle him with the American Flag!

Half ass wash. The guy who takes your carwash "order" rude, lazy and acts as if you are interupting his day to help you. The older gentelmen inside who we pay is amazing and is always super friendly and helpful.

Horrible business, first they get our car wash wrong and when we ask them to fix it they are walkin around with an attitude DONT go there they are not good with there service

The service was fast n friendly but the guy that cleaned my car left it with water spots all over and not to mention I still had all kinds of sand and grass in my car

Paid $20.00 plus a $5.00 tip!!... I got the deluxe with dressing on the tire and inside interior.. Horrible job!!...never again will i go there...

I think they steal car mats . Been there twice and both times car mats missing. Make sure you check after wash for front and rear seat floor mats
