I went here for the first time last weekend. My friend lives in Norwalk and I didnt have time to go to my regular place. I needed to have my corvette cleaned and I didnt know if I could trust a small place but man did they step up. They cleaned my baby like its never been cleaned before , inside and out. The owner was even out there running the vacuum and making sure all the cars were getting done correctly. He was putting in some elbow grease rather than just looking Over all the workers. It did take like a little over a half an hour to get out of there but I just relaxed on the massage chairs and waited till it was done. Im going back for a full detail next week. Its places like these that provide excellent customer service that Im happy to support. Cali car wash is my go to place from now on.

I just bought this car 3 months ago i have filed a claim with them and they still havent gotten back 2 me i have emailed the company and still no response. They kept saying no.no.no.but a few people came up 2 me and said they were victomized by #calicarwash and were told the same thing..this never happened when the other owners were there

Its a small place and only 1.5 miles from my house. I fell into it by accident, but have been going there ever since. Their prices are inline with other hand car washes. I like it because they are close. Most importantly, I like them because they are consistent in their attention to detail. If they are not busy you can expect to be out of there in 30 minutes or less. If they are busy expect to spending an hour to 1.5 hours.

Worst car wash place ever. My car was a bit dirty with a lot of bird poo. This place seemed like they threw my car in water because there was still bird poo on my car. There was lint all over my car. I have a dog and there was still dog hair everywhere. I spent a lot of money for nothing. Please dont come here,save your money on the $5 car wash with free vacuum, youll get a better job than this place.

I would not use this place ever again. My first experience with them was horrible. While I was waiting, I heard very noise shaking machine sound in the back. Guess what I found! My side mirror came out broken. They told me mirror was already broken which was total lie. I believe true business man should take responsibility. Hard to find true business man.

I had took my Car to get the interior detail. It really really need it bad to get clean. I got to give it to them. Cali wash had took care of it and did a outstanding job!! I can say if you want your seats and everything else in your car clean up and to be shampoo. Cali wash is the place to go.

They told me my car was ready and when I looked up my car has smudges everywhere and it was still dirty inside. If youre looking for a half ass wash come here. Never going back.

Waited for a loooooooong for a mediocre job. I counted three cars that got here more than 10 minutes after me come and go before they even ran my car through the wash.
