Visited this one within the last week. The was was extremely fast, but there was some issues with the rinsing. Speed: 5/5 2 minutes for a trip through the tunnel (from loading to the BuffnDry machine) Quality: 4/5 Very good wash, however there appears to have beed no mirror rinse attachments and too short of a drip area. This caused some detergent and lubricant soap to remain on the car, even past the blowers. The drip space error cannot be corrected and must be made up in other ways, such as the so-called "FlashDry" process or including the textile dryer on all packages. Equipment and Layout: 4/5 Equipment was all from Sonnys, a decent manufacturer, and the tunnel length was likely about 100 feet (so everything was packed together in innovative ways). The blue powder coating plus the TotalShine package (with QualChem Sheenology products) enhanced the feel of the tunnel. Was not impressed by the use of a Spyder module instead of having 2 top brush-wrap around combos, due to the fact that the Spyder has a mitter (which gives worse results than a top brush) instead of the top brush. Liked the wash material colors and the top brush module. The equipment appeared to be in very good shape. Vacuums and compressors were numerous and in good shape. One compressor was low on pressure, but such fixes should be easy. Great place for interior cleaning. Employees/Customer Service: 5/5 All employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to talk with me about the car wash business. As there is no Google+ page for the Huntington Beach location, here I must thank Tyler at H2Go HB for taking some time to talk with me about car washing (equipment, business, etc) while helping load cars into the tunnel. Summary: Visit this one if you can and the HB one is inconvenient. Good quality and equipment, but even better focus on customer service. If you want to enter the car wash industry, I would advise paying a visit to an H2Go and talking with their employees. The tunnel could use a mirror rinse system or provide the BuffnDry on all packages, but otherwise is quite good.

Efficient & economical car wash.. =) Unlimited car wash passes (auto pay) range from: $9.99 (basic), $15.95 (silver) & $23.95 (Blue). Got the $9.99 unlimited car washes for 1 month, (they put a special RFID sticker on your cars dashboard so that each time you go thru, it automatically recognizes your car) this is such an awesome deal!! Now my car wont look so dirty anymore. =) Great customer service, the attendants are always there & are very helpful =) They even check you car to make sure nothing will get washed off, they even tape your back windshield wipers so there wont be any damage to it. You pull up to the machine (2 lanes) & pick which ever service you want: $5, $8, or $12. or you can do the unlimited car wash for 1 month. After you drive thru for your car wash (just put your car in neutral), you park into one of the vacuum parking spots to wipe down / vacuum your car (both sides have powerful vacuums available). Service: A Quality: A (My car always comes out clean, a little drips here & there but nothing that the microfiber towel wont wipe off). Value: A+ (My go to spot for car washes now =) Facilities: A (very clean & well maintained). I HIGHLY recommend trying this place out! =) I wish theyd open more locations up in OC ;)

DONT EVER GO TO THIS CAR WASH..!!!!! i HAVE A BRAND NEW HONDA ACCORD THAT I JUST BOUGHT TWO WEEKS AGO. i SIGNED UP FOR THE MONTHLY BLUE PACKAGE WITH H2GO AND AFTER JUST A COUPLE OF WEEKS OF GOING THROUGH THEIR CAR WASH I NOW HAVE SERIOUS SCRATCHES ALONG BOTH THE RIGHT AND LEFT SIDES OF MY NEW CAR..!!!! I AM FURIOUS..!!! ON TOP OF THAT THE AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE MANAGEMENT ABOUT THE ISSUE I RECEIVED A CALL BY THE OWNER OF THE CAR WASH TELLING ME THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE OFFERING ANY KIND OF REPAIRING WORK TO FIX THE PROBLEM... THIS CAR WASH COMPANY IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. i WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS CAR WASH 1 STAR IF IT WERENT FOR HAVING TO GIVE A 1 STAR RATING TO EVEN LEAVE A COMMENT ABOUT THEIR HIDEOUS CAR WASH ..! IM GOING BACK TO MY OLD SCHOOL HAND WASH & VACUUM CAR WASH. AT-LEAST I WONT BE GETTING ANYMORE SCRATCHES ON MY NEW VEHICLE AND THE VACUUMING WILL BE GETTING DONE BY THE EMPLOYEES....

When they opened, their equipment was top notch and the added feature of compressed air at the vacuum stations was very helpful in getting residual drips blown out after the wash. Unfortunately, they arent keeping their equipment maintained. Examples: (1) a high-power, overhead spray that used to oscillate side-to-side now doesnt, so it impacts only about 1/2 of the hood, top and trunk lid; (2) rotating rinse sprayers that angle toward the front of the car and intended to spray on the side mirrors dont rotate and some of the spray nozzles are clogged; and (3) the vacuum suction and compressed air pressures are both way down. Its just a shame that the ownership and/or management are allowing their facility to deteriorate through neglect.

So worth it to get unlimited monthly plan, after two washes pays for itself. Able to use location also in Huntington Beach if wanted to but less vacuum stations and very difficult exit when pulling out of carwash itself, so I suggest this one is always worth the extra drive. Never once had issue with machinery in carwash damaging my car always comes out clean and perfect. They also at each vacuum station have compressed air which is very nice to have. If you take your car mats out and use machine they have by entrance does very good job in cleaning them off also. I frequent this location weekly, if not more and very few times was there a wait to enter carwash and never waited to use vacuums,

This place is convenient, and does a decent job. The unlimited monthly rate is great to keep your car looking respectable every few days. However, their machines seem to miss a lot of the hard to reach spots, especially the back hatch of my SUV. It also seems like the timing of some of the sprayers is off, so you never quite get a good rinse before hitting the dryers. And the dryers dont seem to do a great job either. I always need to finish the job with a microfiber cloth that I keep in my trunk. They provide compressed air and vacuums at every after-wash station, but the pressure is pretty weak and doesnt always get the job done. At least the mat cleaners are free.

Heres my review on the experience of leasing our new Forester.My wife and I are those terrible customers that every salesperson should hate, because we ask way too many questions and never seem to make a decision. It took us roughly 3 weeks and 3 visits, plus a multitude of emailed and texted questions and several canceled appointments.

Easy place to wash your car or truck. The entrance is narrow for trucks. They use to carry dashboard wipes when I first started, not anymore. I have a FastPass and have been trying to cancel it online but not possible. Left message at Corporate but did not receive a call. Next step is going down to carwash to cancel my account.
