I paid $40 bucks (including taxes) for a car wash. they didnt wipe down all my windows, they didnt wipe down some interior parts such as my door pockets. They didnt even vacuum my shifter which had a ton of dirt you couldnt even miss in plain sight. Im definitely not happy with this $40 car wash. Its not even a Saturday. Im here on a Monday at 1230pm . Like cmon. 5/5/17 - 2nd review: 3 stars down to 1 star. The worst $40 spent ever. Again. Nothing on my dashed was wiped down, center console was not wiped down, the WHOLE BACK SEAT ISNT EVEN VACUUMED! Im pissed. The waiting are smelled like the trash can hasnt been cleaned out in over a month. It was gross. Would NEVER recommend to any family or friends. They didnt even do any thing to make me feel better. Didnt even offer to have my car vacuumed again. Never coming here again. Use to be one of the best places to get your car cleaned. Its like the owners really dont care about their business. They suck!

Brought my car here for a wash/wax. I know you are supposed to be gentle when scrubbing the exterior of a black car so I was surprised to see how much pressure they were applying. I guess seeing that should have made me less surprised by the giant scratches they left on the roof of my vehicle to go along with the smaller scratches on the trunk. There were also lots of smudges of wax where it wasnt blended properly (this seemed like not a big deal compared to the PERMANENT DAMAGE they caused). I was too pissed to go back but my girlfriend brought it back. They, of course, denied that they scratched it and the guy started saying we should get the Full Detail Package to cover up the damage. So, they damage my car and then say another $170 will make it less noticeable. First and last time Im taking my car there. I wish I could give the place -7 Stars.

I got a tip to try Rossmoor when I moved to SoCal in 2005. Ive trusted them w/ my one-owner 3 series BMW. The body, wheels, glass and interior are always done right. They never once sprayed scent in the car in at least a dozen washes. Normally they do so it would be an easy mistake to make. I know how many times the car was there as the 10th wash is free. I always get the basic wash and vacuum, no tire dressing. Costs about $14. I do a Maguires Gold Class polish once a year, myself. More than once Ive met someone there who drove further than me (90803) just to get their car cleaned at Rossmoor.

Worst $20 car wash ever. When I questioned why the inside was basically untouched I was told that all they do is vacuum the two front mats and wipe the dash with a damp rag. When I questioned why the wheels were still dirty I was told that it would not come off b/c they were oxidized - so I rubbed it off for the supervisor with my finger, it was dirt of course. He then said that he could clean them for an extra charge but it would take him at least one hour per wheel. Go to a $6 drive through and you will get as good of a cleaning as you get here for $20.

I just had a $29.00 car wash at the Rossmoor Los Alamitos car wash, $27.00 for the car wash and $2.00 for a chevy suburban (Larger vehicle)plus 3 dollars for the tip total $32.00, They sprayed on a wax. Terrible!!!! I watched the guy move the dirt around with the same two 12in by 12in rags and never changed them. When I wash my car at home it takes 3 large towels.. They used Armour All on the exterior and missed several spots..save your money go else where. This wash looks a lot like the $12.00 dollar car wash at champman and Beach blvd. Save your money!!

High quality and always attentive but a little on the pricier side lately of car washes in the area. Ive been coming here for over ten years. The wait is shorter than others and they have wifi, a well-stocked accessory and gift shop, coffee, snacks, and sodas. Theyve helped me track down lost items and have a good member program with a free wash after ten washes. Managers are in the pick-up area and are quick to respond if something is missed it needs to be done but thats seldom necessary.

This place is a joke I have been here three times. Each time I have left feeling disappointed. I recently went there because I hade to have a bed liner installed and was wanting to just jump on the freeway after. Hesitant I went anyway 35 dollars later the bed is still full of flowers the dash was dirty the floor is no better. Dont go to Rossmoor car wash. Pay your kids the 35 dollars Im sure they could do a better job.

Twice my husband and I have asked for senior discount....answer was do you live in Leisure World? No, I live in Rossmoor. Her, Francesca was "we only do Leisure World!" I said this is called Rossmoor Carwash and a senior is a senior where ever we live...she wouldnt budge. Asked to talk to Brad Hooper (owner), he no here. Very disappointed in this discrimination against seniors!!

Good service okay wash. The people here are nice, the waiting area is comfortable and clean, but I would say the wash is average. In their defense, they have no problem running your car through again if theres a major problem with the wash, and I havent tried any of the high end detailing.

LOVE Rossmoor Car Wash. Have been going there for 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience with them. A little out of my way but I tried a car wash close to my work and was so disappointed that I now have no problem going a little further to Rossmoor for a good car wash. Thank you!

This place is fantastic. They really take of their customers. The manager (Alex) is great! Definitely go with the hand wash and wax! Cant recommend this establishment enough.
