I went to the Auto Spa two days ago after having a bad experience at another car wash where Ive been going for 17 years. I had a good experience at the Auto Spa. Everyone was friendly and professional. They have a nice waiting area inside and out. Inside, they have snacks, t.v. greeting cards, car accessories, and even an exercise machine! Outside they have individuals chairs as well as benches next to tables. They did a good job with my car. It was cleaned more thoroughly on the inside than Ive seen it cleaned at other car washes, and even though it was a busy time, the service was fast. Ill definitely go there again!

Ive been getting my car washed here for years and have been happy with the results. However, today was the second time in recent months that I have come home from getting my car washed with all of my windows covered with a greasy film. Did they stop using clean towels? Last time I just recleaned the inside of my windows myself. This time I brought my car back to the Auto Spa. All the guy did was wipe the windows down with a cloth, which did nothing to remove the greasy film! I expressed my unhappiness to a guy who has been working here for years. All he said was, "Have a nice day." Im done with the place.

Excellent car wash and the owner, Steve, is a great guy. Really cares about his work. If you have a Tesla, this is the place to take it. Ask about the special "TESLA WASH" its not listed on the menu board. As you know, you cant put the Tesla through regular tunnel machines because the car self-applies the e-brake. Here, they take your Tesla to the side, do a special "bucket hand-wash" and for a special discount price. But its a secret, like the In-N-Out menu.

good place to take your car for a wash and even detailing. the owner, warren, is almost always there taking care of clients and helping clients with what they need/want. the waiting area is also nicer than beacon bay and a couple other places nearby. overall, the quality of work is great and the price is competitive. 4 stars out of 5 because i lost a fistful of quarters after a wash recently, not atypical of a car wash place / dealership i guess.

Awesome experience, I got there a little after 5 pm and the gentleman there informed me they closed at five and I was like ok but just to let you know it says online that you are open till six and he was so apologetic and got my car through. It was just awesome customer service plus the detail they focused on was outstanding. Overall I would recommend this carwash to anyone who wants excellent service and great prices.

I have been going to the same car wash for years and have recently been unhappy with the results. I decided maybe it was time for a change and tried Magnolia Car Wash and I have to say that this car wash is the best. Very courteous staff and my car looks great. No streaks in the windows and no water droppings on my car when I got back home. I think I may have found my new car wash !!!

We paid for the platinum package expecting our Escalde to come out gleaming, but no. Rushed cleaning job. The interior was alright but left big dirt spots in the back. The drying job was also subpar and the rims were dirty. Will maybe come here for the cheapest package and hopefully we get employees who are more detail oriented the ones we got today. Overall it was alright I guess.

never go car wash here. there idiots. went there and my car is lowered and the guy said that my car cant go into the tunnel cuz my car is lowered and it might damage my wheels. i told the guy that ive been several times and you guys dont say anything about it. hte guy offered me a hand wash and cost $25 for washing my car. i will never come back here.

This was my first time at Magnolia Car Wash. I tried out their $50 managers special. The top of my car looked like it wasnt even touched. The greasy products they used on the inside, while it made the car look really good, smeared when you touched it. Good luck not touching any part of the inside of the car to keep that new car clean look!

Cashier Mirian was spectacular and provided excellent customer service and expertise in regards to air fresheners and regular wash maintenance. She definitely needs a raise and the rest of the staff was great too!!! I highly recommend this car wash because they do a great job, its fast, thorough, and convenient!!! Thank you!!!

68.99 with combo special, incl special McGuire waxing - left bugs all over the front of the car. No reason for that besides shoddy service. I had been very satisfied up until today. Probably just the technician not being conscience. Check your car carefully. Darn and I even gave the guy a good tip.

Service is fast but fast isint always best. Payed for top package, they gave a complimentary wax bath, very nice. To many water spots though and they forgot about back seats, door panels, and floors. You get what you pay for so ill just keep detailing my own.

Probably the best car wash around. They actually do a good job drying off the car and cleaning the inside. I was surprised that they asked me for the receipt before I got back into my car (maybe for security reasons). Not the cheapest wash in town, though.

I feel like I was robbed $30. I purchased the deluxe wash and I basically had to wash my car again afterwards. There were stains everywhere on the exterior of the car. The service is extremely quick. This was my first and last time at Magnolia Wash.

They did not do a great job... Paid for the "turbo" wash for $19.99, which included vacuum and some sort of wax, but when completed there were water spots all over, did not vacuum under seats or do a good job cleaning interior.

The service is fast, and if you check in you grt 20% discount. It wasnt perfectly clean despite that I paid for one of the most expensive cleanings. But it was good enough and in a short amount of time.
