If I could give this 1/4 of a star I would. Took my trailblazer ss in to get detailed. Guy offered me a "locals only" full detail price of $60 bucks. I laughed at him and said I can go to the dealer and get the exact same. He counter offered me a 39.99 full detail with interior shampoo. Couldnt beat that. Took them 3 hours to detail a midsize Suv. I thought it would going to look spectacular. I got there and they were still working on it. A little confused on why they called me to pick it up. They honked the horn and said it was done. I inspected my car. The back wasnt vacuumed or shampooed. The rims and tires werent fully cleaned. They super lathered my steering wheel with what feels like industrial strenght armoral. Lower portions of the car werent wiped clean of wax, like they were to lazy to bend over and clean the bottom sections. Very unhappy with this place. Lakewood residents STAY CLEAR! They love to do half A** work and charge you extra. The cashier is a little brat and didnt even want to hear what I had to say about their detailers. They didnt receive a tip for hardly working.

Well it took an hour and a half and I bought floor mats spent around seventy dollars the guy said done I gave him five dollar tip got into my car and it wouldnt crank I sat for two hours waiting on tow and noticed my brand new plate was bent and scratched with silver paint it was smacked so hard it bent to my car and since car hasnt been moved you could tell it was fresh because the chips paint was still hanging on but chipped off I have pics I got owner and showed him he said this has been in an accident i said no it hasnt and then explained that the plate was brand new he told me prove it so we walked to back and every pole was silver like on my plate and you can tell it was a pole because my plate is round like a pole he started yelling prove it do what you gotta do so I am please people check your cars even take pics before you go in

I took my SUV in on a Tuesday for the special discount price, after being charged an additional $2, they failed to vacum the rear deck or detail the bumper - when I returned to address the issue, the manager, without even so much as an "Im sorry" curtly asked for my keys and when I reluctantly gave them to him gave me a very snide "thannnnnnnk you" at which point I retrieved my keys from him and told him that I would contact the owner. Not worth the price of service and certainly NOT customer oriented However, if you want to buy a suit of clothes, a rabbit fur jacket, or shoes, this may be the place . . .

I went there to get my car washed. Went inside to the cashier to ask about avalible services and prices. She was very rude and told me to just go out and put my car in line to get it washed. I indicated that I would like to have an idea about cost she cut me off and said "just get in line!" and promptly turned her back to me and continued reading. Nedless to say, I went down the street to the car wash at Carson and Del Amo! These clowns will never get money from me!

This place SUCKS the owner made it sound good but when I got my car washed they did a horrible job they dint vac the floors right or clean my tires or rims right I seriously must say your better of washing your car your self than taking it here..even one of the workers told me your better of going some where else what a waste of 40$

This place is ok. I didnt have a bad experience but they do need a better set-up. They dried the windows real nice and everything but didnt dry the top, so when I took off and came to my first stop all the water came forward and left spots on my windshield. Another thing, it seemed a little expensive.

They take forever and do a half assed job, took my car in when there was only 4 other cars in the lot and it still took them 1 hour to "clean" my car, they didnt even clean my daughters car seat or vaccum the back seats. Wont come back plus the cashier (older asian lady) is super rude!

Its ok If your in need of a quick wash and vacuum, other than that, I would not recommend if your looking for a good detail. They are not very thorough in washing. They also broke my cup holder by leaning on it to clean. At least they apologized.

It wasnt busy when I went in and it took them over an hour and a half to do a simple cleaning and minor interior wipe downs. Yes, my car is clean but they are VERY SLOW. Would not recommend.

Guys drying cars are EXCELLENT. Much better than most places! Wow! I gave them a big tip! Kind of slow process, long lines. I guess the secret is out...

I like to 4 wheel drive and they do such a good job cleaning all the mud off my car. It looks brand-new afterwards. I always have a relaxing experience

Pay $40 for a car wash they said I was supposed to get shine on all the plastic outside as you can see they didnt even dry the truck right

Ive never had a problem. When I cant wash my car for whatever reason, I take it here. All of the workers are hardworking and courteous.

The inside of this place looks like a Compton Swap Meet over all the guys do a pretty good work.
