I arrived at Big Penny and was directed to the proper area, the girl I bought the package from was pleasant enough, picked the best package they offered. I drove to meet a very angry looking man that gave me no instructions, I lined up my car as best I could (I should have left right then and there) I told him I had never been there, he said nothing, at least he then guided me in, I had to ask him if I put the car in neutral now or go forward, he said one word, neutral. He then sprayed the windshield and the driver side front tire, then did the passenger, kneeled down and I felt and heard a big bang, not sure what that was but noted to check that rim at the end! He sprayed nothing more than the front tires and windshield. I then go through the wash, a large yellow plastic blower began scraping against the hood of my car and the 2 guys standing there could tell I was a bit freaked out and looked away, it was horrible, I put the break on and another loud bang, when I got out I asked them if that was normal, this guy looked at me like he wanted to fight me, I kid you not. He then pointed to the area where they finish your car and said go over there as he pointed and said it in a demanding fashion. I did as I was commanded and immediately the manager/owners son or family member came over and asked if everything was ok as I inspected my hood for scratches (I was amazed there wasnt any). He asked what had happened, I told him, he said it was soft clear rubber that lined the heavy hard yellow plastic blower contraption and it was normal, I told him about the attitude I had received from everyone but the girl I bought the package from. He said they were all great people and he will have someone dry my car off and complete what I paid for since the two guys didnt as I exited. A guy walks over with a huge dubious grin and said to the guy that had commanded me where to park, Pinche Pinto (my car is a Pearl white Lexus LS 460). I then told him, no thank you, get the manager. Same guy again, I told him I want my money back and would not trust anyone there to touch my car in this lifetime for fear of them scratching it. He assured me they are all great people and would never do that. I told him I did not care, I know what happened, the way I was treated and the attitude I was receiving. He tried to intimidate me as well by standing very close to me, I hate that. I then told him, my money back, or you get 1 star Yelp and Google Map review exposing the truth of how the employees treat white guys in luxury cars. He talked and talked and talked, standing way too close to me, I was not intimidated and stood my ground. He finally agreed to reimburse me and walked to the office and invited me to come inside, I declined and drove my car to the office so none of his great employees could key my car. Out comes a 65" Heman Munster looking Middle Eastern guy (the real owner, his father I would bet money on it). He spoke very loudly and stood over the top of me closer and closer, I was forced to constantly move, but I stood my ground against the oversized bully. He went on about how great everyone was and that they did 300 cars a day, on and on and on. He offered me to go through the tunnel of hell car wash again, I declined, after 5 minutes of this horrible treatment and being yelled at bu Igor I asked him, will you do the right thing and reimburse me or not, he then calmly and respectfully said no and walked off. I must mention he also held my card the entire time and only gave it to me as he said no. I then left a brief review to warn people, him and his family I am sure disputed it posing as legit members of the Yelp community (I love and trust Yelp, but these types can be very smart and creative) because I got an email stating I didnt state what happened etc...well now I sure have havent I?! Now it goes on Google Maps as well. I then will have my bank give me back the money for fun as well, because the services I paid for was not given! Bottom line, if you drive a nice car and are white, God help you, dont go

Ive been going to Big Penny carwash since I got drivers license, about 8 years ago and even before that with my parents. You get a free vacuum before the wash, you have to do it yourself but thats ok with me. Their prices have gone up over the years, but only $2. You sit in your car while its being pulled through the wash and they dry your car at the time. After that, you can either leave or pull around to the parking lot and detail it yourself. Theres free clean damp hand towels available to clean the inside and outside of your car. The workers are nice, always smiling, and fast!

They were super prompt and professional. I like tipping ahead of time. I was in and out within half an hour. They have a good convenient place to sit. Only paid 25$ for full service. They helped get all the sap off my car too with a simple alcohol solution. The guy who worked on my car did a really good job and was very fast, interior and exterior. Great experience.

Went in there for the full service in the morning. Paid $25 for the Sentra. I was satisfied. Came back in the afternoon for my moms SUV. Paid $35 for full service. The tires was not as clean as before. Will come back for fullservice for sentra on the morning. Will not come back for my moms SUV. 35 is too much.

Great place. Had spilled something on the back seat floor and had put off getting it cleaned for a week. Got lucky and found this place open til 7pm. Perfect came over after work. A little drive for me but worth it. Outstanding job and price was about right. Total life saver! Highly recommend.

Best vacuum Ive ever tried all around this area! Oh yea! Just try to avoid last one on far right side. That one is little weak. Price might not be the cheapest but you will get more than what you paid for. They provide blue microfiber towels so dont worry about bringing your own towels.

Decent quality wash for the price, but the Yelp offer for complimebtary Armor All tire dressing is a bit misleading. You have to pick the Gold package ($14), not the Express ($9) or Silver ($11) to receive the promotional offer. Nowhere on Yelp does it state that.

A ripoff at $16 (the works). Unorganized facility. No signage indicating where to get my tires conditioned and air freshener after exiting the car wash tunnel. This is a $6 car wash at best.
