Awful experience. Drove up, picked my package, walked in and paid. Reasonable wait time. When my car was done, I was flagged over by the cleaner to inspect my vehicle. It looked cleaner than it was when I brought it in, but definitely a good job. He pointed out that the passenger side had not been vacuumed and suggested I return to the vacuum station since I paid for a full wash and have them take car of that. I never left the lot, I got into my car and cut across their parking lot back to the check-in/vacuum station where I was met by the owner. The owner was an older man with a very thick accent and absolutely terrible customer service. I explained politely what had happened, showed him the front seat that was left untouched and requested for the front passenger side to be vacuumed. The owner became defensive stating he has been running a car wash for 25 years and never has anything like this happened. He literally got in my face waving his finger at me calling me a "liar" and "to go". I seriously thought I was on candid camera, he could not be serious. I looked around to see if anyone else was watching this deranged mad man. I quickly pulled my receipt and offered it to the owner explaining that I just came through this morning and hadnt left property since my check in. How weird was it for them to completely skip vacuuming an entire section and how difficult would it be to correct the problem. I wasnt asking for anything free, just the service I paid for. I told him i would go just as soon as they vacuumed my car the right way. I explained to him that his very own cleaner who thankfully was my witness referred me to come back to this station to have the car properly cleaned. The owner got closer to me and shouted "you lie to me" and said "this no happen here". Uh, news flash....indeed it had. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I told him to check his surveillance footage. Why couldnt he just vacuum the passenger seat? Its beyond baffling. This guy is crazy. The cleaning job was subpar and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Smudges on windows and crumbs left on carpet. My toddler can do a better job. I came here out of convenience, but I will never be a return customer. I read the other reviews and couldnt agree more. Horrible Management.

Everyone is right about their skills. My truck is clean, inside and out , tires are shining and no scratches or broken equipment ( aside from the guy who drove it, put my radio on a Spanish station lol). The customer service as good as well. Polite, no attitude, the cashier was nice and asked if I needed anything else. The service guy at the front when you first drive in was cool and attentive. I dont know, contradicts what others are saying but maybe its cause theyre about to close for the day or it wasnt hectic when I went through. I have them a "Good" rating today, Ill be back tomorrow for a detailing... Well see what happens...

I just go my truck wash there and paid extra with a tip because I watch the guy wipe my tires down. Well he & them got game, I drove by around to vaccum a few spots, found all kinds of crumbs under & between my seats & when Iwipe my tires with my finger & it looked like I had been working on cars all day, I wii be calling to complain

Terrible all around mechanic messed up my truck just for an oil change didnt wash my truck even though I paid for the premium package left the rags inside didnt wipe it down even a little bit all they did was sprayed down with the hose dont go here

Got the basic wash for 12.99. Car was well cleaned. They even got the inside of the windows which always get foggy. The bathroom was a mess though and no one seemed to care. Ah well. At least the wash was good.

I took my car for a detail. They didnt vacuum and only did half the car. There is still wax on it. I will not be returning. Kinda explains why it only took an hour. Waste of money and time.

Bunch of lazy workers and older workers who do not get the car clean just want tips. The smog guy was good though. Been there many times same issue.
