Car Wash Customers be aware: Should your vehicle get damaged in the process of washing it through their roller push system by any piece of equipment becoming in contact with the car, the management feels they arent liable for any damages sustained. Earlier today in what I thought would be just another routine car wash, my vehicles roof antenna was broken off by one of the spinning roller brushes. I have been a loyal customer since their opening and have washed my vehicle countless times since then with no problems ever. What was different today, was the fact that the forward motion was stopped for some unexplained reason by the greeting operator right at the precise spot where the spinner roller brush came to rest on the antenna breaking it off. I feel that Fast 5 Xpress Norwalk is responsible for the damage because THEIR employee abruptly stopped forward motion resulting in damage to my vehicle. I went to the dealer and was quoted a $670.00 price tag to replace it... CUSTOMERS BEWARE your affordable car wash here can turn into a hefty bill.

Ive always felt embarrassed about my dirty car and decided to finally take it to the car wash one day. I found this place using Yelp and I was really happy with it. Ive never been to a car wash by myself before so I didnt know what I was getting myself into. But, when you pull up into the car wash lane, theres someone at the window who can answer your questions and explain the different options to you. I decided to just get a basic $9 car wash that also included free self-vacuuming at the end of the wash. It was fast, easy and simple. I paid with my credit card and just followed the signs and let the car wash do its thing. It was nice to have access to the different vacuums to clean the inside of my car. I will definitely be back for a quick, painless wash!

Dont go here. Machine broke my passenger side mirror. George said they wouldnt cover it because it was fixed prior. Told him its never been touched since off the dealership lot. George said there was glue. I told him its never been touched. Never had an issue anywhere. Told him I wanted a report as proof that we had this conversation. He said they had no paperwork. I should of called the police but I needed to be somewhere else. Ill be calling the manager as George is worthless. Dont go here, because if something breaks, theyll find an excuse to say they wont pay for it.

I took my car(GMC Yukon xl) to this car wash a couple days ago. And before I went I rinse off the car to get some dirt off to make it easy to wash. I go the $12 wash and when I parked to vacuum, I stepped outside and it didnt even rinse off the soap!! There was soap all over the car and dirt was still on the car which was still visible. I asked the manager if I can get the car back in the car wash and they told me I would have to pay $12 for another wash. WTF!!! For now on Ill be washing my cars at home now which I can make sure my car is clean.

This is for the car wash in SOUTH GATE. I dont recommend bringing your car here, unless you want your car get damaged in the procces of washing it. Today I wanted to get a car wash and my worst decision was to bring my car here, they damaged my car. I ask for the manager so he can see what happened to my car but he just didnt care. Worst car wash ever! Brought my Lexus in for a quick wash and as soon as I parked my car to vacuum, there were tons and tons of black streaks on the passenger side of my car. I spent over twenty minutes wiping the car down. There were also oil marks and water streaks on my windshield! I will never go back to this car wash again! Its totally not worth your time or money.

I like that it really is quick to wash but the stalls to vacuum are always full. Also with the gold package you can come back for a rewash for free but the platinum which is more money only gives you 50% off your next platinum wash. That is dumb as can be. Sometimes you have to ask for your air freshener and dash wipes which should be automatically given to you

I always bring my car here at least weekly, Ive never been let down by their friendly service. I refer people here all the time. And its a great wash if you want to save money and time. I love the free vacuum with the wash, it helps when you have kids in the car and the mess they can make.

Best place in town for the best wash around. They have friendly staff and lots of vaccum spaces. The best part is the dry and shine. Its like no other car wash. If you register online at their website you get a free silver wash. Sweet!

Convenient drive-thru car wash with free vacuums with purchase. This is an automated car wash, cars are not washed by hand. So, if you have loose or really worn-out parts on your car, this is Not the place for you.

Okay Carwash It does the everyday wash fine. But if you have dirt or mud or any kind of substance stuck on for more than an hour. My experience is it will not remove it. Free vacuums are nice!
