I really love to this car wash. I just went this week and got the most expensive $15 wash and it said you get the scent of the month with it which to me meant you get an air freshener for your car. When I was not given one I questioned the attendant and he said that the scent is in the foam that goes on my car while its being washed and I should open my vents wide so the scent will come in the car. I told him that was a little bit of false advertising as you really are led to believe you get an air freshener. He was very polite and smiled and said no if I wanted one of those I would have to pay a dollar for it. As a consolation prize he gave me a little blue towel. I still like the place and usually get the $10 wash and its perfectly fine. They do give you a nice little moist towelette to wipe down your car inside with which is good.

Id never used one of these drive-thru washes before, but now Im a fan! I usually pop in after work on the way home and theres never a wait or line. Is it as good as going to one of those hand wash places? Heck no (past two washes have still left some bugs on my grill from a Mammoth trip a month ago), but its great when you just gotta get some grime off your car so its not embarrassing! They have free vacuums here, too, which is a nice touch. I guess they dont give out water bottles anymore, but they do give you a little handi-wipe for you to wipe down your dash with. Hey, Ill take all the free swag I can get!

At 10 am on a Saturday, there were 10 to 12 cars ahead of me in line but keep your vehicle in neutral because the line moves well. Staff of 2 was polite and helpful for my first time through a conveyor type wash. There is no exit to Lakewood Boulevard but thats good because your tires are wet when you leave. To purchase the gift card, you must choose to purchase a gift card then immediately purchase a wash. Its not obvious that you need to purchase the wash to continue but thats how it is done. I have not yet figured out how to recharge the gift card. to be continued...

Ive had probably 10 car washes here so far. Several options starting at $6. They tape down moving parts (wipers, antenna) to protect your car, and give you wipes to clean your interior while you go through it. Great business! Recently their system went down for 30 minutes after I had already paid. They went to each car in line explaining the problem, offering water bottles and lollipops, and the manager also out to provide a coupon for a free wash (or a simple refund, but I chose the former). I was well satisfied with their customer service.

I have been a regular visitor to this car wash since it opened a few years ago.. the prices are reasonable and facilities are adequate.. I do wish they had high pressure air jets to help dry up the car after a wash along side their self-vacuum facility. In my opinion the nozzle of their vacuums are too big to fit into those tight spots where dirt tends to accumulate in your car.. If you are looking for a quick car wash and self vacuum service, then stop by.. Note: weekends (especially afternoons) are super busy..

This place had great reviews. I now know why, assorted selection of car washes available. Free vacuums and Henry Ford would be proud of the way they move you through the "assembly" line. I got the VIP ($15) and didnt get the scent but probably should have just gone for the economy. Granted the car looks great so I will have to compare the economy ($6) the next time I am here to know what is the best value.

Showed up this morning @ 9am and it was closed. Construction workers were pouring concrete at the vacuum stations. I came back at 4 pm and it was still closed. No identifying signs with the LBG Express noticeable. May have been sold to a new owner and the new owner is making improvements before they open again. Not sure what it is but no car wash today for me.

A little crowded around 9am on a Friday. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes. I liked how quick and clean my car was washed. I thought all the vacuum spots would be taken but they werent. Didnt like that you have to pay an extra $1 for a wipe to clean inside your car. Did like the convenient location on my way to work.

Automated machine wash, self-service vacuum. I wish the vacuums cane with brushes, but they get the job done for the most part. There are four tiers of washing, and you get a free moist towlette for wiping down your dash or steering wheel. Can get really crowded towards rush hour in the afternoon.

I have a membership here. I was just there today and two cars drove in the exit, pulled up to two spots and started vaccuuming their cars out. By the time I got through the car wash there were no spots availble to whipe down my car and vaccuum my car. This should be watched and enforced more.

Went earlier during the week and saw I had marks clear as day from the machines inside the wash. after filling out the report and waiting for the manager to give me a call I went down just to have him insult me and get in my face as if he wanted to fight and told me to get an attorney.

Absurdly Peculiar

Great place to get a quick car wash. Its not going to get everything clean cause its a drive thru. But they have vacuums for you to use after and they have a coupon for a dollar off if you check in a Yelp. With the coupon the most basic package is $5.

Best bang for the buck if you get the monthly subscription. My car is always happy! So fresh and so clean... Id give a perfect rating of i didnt have to manually dry my car afterwards... theres always a few drops to wipe down. Vacuums are great!

Always been a good choice for a quick car wash, but their monthly prices are a little bit higher for what you pay for them compared to other, similar offerings int he area (Like H2Go). Was hquality is good though and there are free vacuums on site.

Had a great experience. It wash my wife car real good. It was very dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. Offer candy to the kids. First time going to a drive thru car cause my son wanted to experience it. He was very excited.

Makes all the sense in the world to pay monthly to wash your car anytime you want!! Sometimes theres a bit of a wait but its totally worth it! The quality of the wash itself isnt perfect but cleans most of my Prius!!

Its quick and fast. Even when lines are long it does t take to long. Bought a monthly membership. If you go often your car will start to get swirl marks on it. Thats the downfall. Had to cancel my membership.

Awesome car wash free vaccum! Update * Ive been a member for three years now, hours have been updated and they open earlier and close later which is great. Very friendly staff and facility is always well kept.
