WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY PAID $69.00 and wait 2hrs for my car to be done and was still not all the way cleaned The man rushed me at the beging different let me explain everything i wanted and said it would be $69.00 for detail wash and wax I noticed that he only washed the car and parked it under the white tent. 1 hour went by so i ask the lady inside whats going on she said all cars parked under the white tent are done I WAS SO UPSET WAITED 1hr for a basic $20 car wash when i PAID $69.00, then the manager came and apologize but didnt offer a discount or nothing so i had to wait another 30-45mins for then to finishing cleaning. As i was watching the workers they didnt even seem like then taking their time. the rushed the whole process ! THIS PLACE NEEDS SERIOU HELP ASAP ! Never had a problem until today !! and my families been coming her over 10years, i really recommend going somewhere else. and on another note my cup holder was still dirty and my back seats were wet !!

BIXBY KNOLLS CAR WASH, YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! 6/23/2017 EVERYBODY BEWARE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Carwash service has deteriorated and is not worth the price anymore. Worst customer service ever! I took my minivan for a wash and the carwash ticket writer said, "We are not going to do a good job cleaning the minivan since it is close to closing time". I paid for my wash and notified the cashier of what the ticket writer said. She said to talk to the manager. I called the manager the next day to notify him of poor service. He said to take it in the next day. I did so, but the manager did not honor his word and charged me more than half the price of a regular wash. BIXBY KNOLLS CAR WASH, YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! EVERYBODY BEWARE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wash my cars two times a week. Dirty towels and Improper wiping down technique. While the car wash process looks good from the outside, the employees lack discipline and proper wiping down techniques. Also inconsistent results when busy to non busy. Note to owner: almost everytime, they leave smear marks on Windows and mirrors like from dirty towels and from improper wipe down. Workers look exhausted and keep looking around. Constantly have to remind them to blow air. Overall good, but not the best. Inconsistency is the main issue. Will update star rating once owner takes more pride in workmanship! One final note, your air freshener smells horrible. Your better off not offering.

I received a Birthday Gift flyer , via Email . They cracked the plastic where my shifter is , and when I shifted my car in reverse it broke into pieces. I brought my car in to show the Mexican manager what had happened . He told me (my car is old and that it was wear and tear., and he just walked away. My insurance said I would have to pay the deductible to have it fixed. Nice Birthday gift huh? I am going to yelp this business with pictures. I should have washed it myself. The problem is , something might fall in and mess with the mechanics of the car. I would rather have had a dent or a scratch.

Had a terrible experience. I went in for a waxing and the guy looked at my car and tried to upsell me to the $100 package which I refused. After they waxed my car it looked terrible. The took the buffer to it which was going to be what the $100 package was going to be used for. I am unhappy with the $40 I spend but happy that they didnt get me for $100. Go to Andres Car Wash around the corner. They know how to treat people over there.

Had the worst experience there multiple times by lying to me, not wanting to use the coupons they offer and refusing to wash car after they vacumed car. When I approached management to fix the issue they did not fix it. The same guy is still there. If you drive by after hours he is sitting there with a paper bag drinking. Talk about a huge liability to the owners and they wont fix the problem.

5th time Ive been here. 5th time disappointed. This is truly a sub-par car wash. If you want to pay $30+ and still have dirty cup holders and rims, come on down. Not a one-time "Im angry" rating. They consistently do a poor job. Over the past 6 months Ive not had one good wash there, only go back because of location convenience. Not anymore. This last time blew my mind. Im done.

Seems like quality has been steadily dropping. Windows are left with streaks inside and out. I also have a sunroof that they never seem to clean well enough, they dont seem to care to get into the corners of the sunroof glass and dashboard is left dusty. Seriously considering switching my GotCarWash membership to another location.

This is my go to place while Im in the city and have a few moments to get my truck washed. YES! I said a few moments. This place is the cats meow of carwashs. Im always in and out s o quick I cant even read a chapter in my book.. that fast! I always get a clean truck and the staff is great. They never disappoint!

They scratched my car and wouldnt take responsibility. Supposedly its an hand car wash but they put your car on a machine roller. Low cars will be scratched from this. The manager was nasty and thought it could be washed off and when they couldnt get it off the lie became it was already there.

I had to wash my car again and dry myself to get the water spots off that had dryed up because they took too long to start drying it after it had been washed. $25 and Im washing and drying my car myself!

Paid 60$ for a wax. My car still was water spots on it. Water came out the side mirrors when i drove off. Very poor car wash for the price. I was disappointed. Never returning here.

Could not do a decent wash on a truck that just drove from North Dakota to CA, still had dirt and bugs all over it.
