I actually had to track down a business partner of mine (not that he vamoosed from the planet but he stopped taking my calls regarding a business share return). Yes, I was straightaway down in dumps and hence, tried time and again to get what I deserved after burning midnight oils. Ah, whether it was requesting him to revert or calling up from some unknown number – it was all that popped out from my bucket. Unfortunately, all swung down for better or worse. I got to know about Doug McDonald somehow (ah Katy, okay thanks a ton buddy) and yeah, there definitely seemed a ray of hope. I got my appointment fixed with the owner (somewhere around a cramped up Thursday) and had him hear the entire story. Both the sides in fact – right from what I had devised a plan of to the share that I had worked hard for. Like everything! Yes, Doug heard the whole story without any wrinkle – and I must say a big fat thanks to him for such great attention and respect that he rendered to my problems. Anyway, Doug tried getting through my business partner’s contact first (of course he didn’t answer). Later, some other strategies were adopted – yep, this amazing guy literally went the mile extra to somehow get through him. And trust me; nobody else could have ever managed to track him down but Doug and his team. We are finally in the process of settling things between us. The legal paperwork was carried out with a whole lot of professionalism and efficiency by these guys. No deferment, no sham promises! I am witnessing a positive response now and genuinely a wholehearted thanks to these guys. Amstar Express has literally eased out the entire court procedure, the legal stuff, and the settlement of course. Incredible service, great hospitality and an unbelievably high level of understanding! Oh by the way, Doug has also given me a copy of the order and things related to it – just to strengthen my belief in their work. Truly a great service! Would definitely pass on the good word about Doug and his entire team! Cheers!
