Horrible Service very unprofessional. My time sheets for work come by mail, everything was fine until I moved to santa clarita and they had to come through this post office. For some unknown reason the mail delivery person sends them back marked un-deliverable ( but only sometime) even though the address is correct on the mail as well as my name is on the mailbox. To show me this my payroll supervisor finally took one that was returned stuck it un-opened into another envelope, wrote the exact same thing on it, mailed it and suddenly this time it was deliverable. I filed a complaint a month ago which I was suppose to get a call back about letting me know the problem had been resolved or even why there was a problem in the first place I have yet to hear from anyone. I called them back only to be told that there is not a supervisor there to help me. It is just confusing how a correctly addressed enveloped can be returned as un-deliverable mail yet half the time my box is filled with mail for people who I dont know and whos name is not on my box.

I have no problem getting my regular mail its anything that cant fit in my regular mailbox where things get tricky. I have talked with management quite a few times and they clean their act up for a while but this has gone on off and on for the past 5 years. Once again the postal employee put my pink slip in the mailbox said they werent able to deliver it. I was home all day I never left the house. The pink slip was in my mailbox because they never came to the door in which seems to be common practice with this particular post office. Now Im trying to get in contact with the post office and their number is disconnected. The package I was waiting on was time sensitive... But who cares most definitely not USPS...

Im on my third call to this post office. They had put a vacant notice on my address before I moved here. No one I know had ever heard of this, so I had no idea this had happened. After not receiving any mail for weeks, I called and discovered this. It took me a month to get this all sorted out with my utilities and other very important correspondence. It also turns out they had a turnover in staff, and again another turn over the next month. I often still do not get my mail, but seem to have no problem getting the mail for the past two owners of my condo. Im calling them again, but no one is answering. Just felt I should share this experience, as I see others have had the same experience with them.

I live at Alara Links at Westridge and for the second time in two weeks a package has gone missing. The first on December 22nd was supposedly "left at my communities management office" and the second December 29th was "left in the mailbox" Both shipments were from Amazon and Christmas gifts for my sons. I plan on filing a complaint in person and follow it up with a letter to the USPS office that provides oversight of the Stevenson Ranch post office located on the Old Road. If you live at Alara Links at Westridge and have experienced the same, I would like to hear from you.

Many of our neighbors do not receive The Magazine of Santa Clarita. There were many complains for the past year or so about this but we feel they dont care. One of the carriers told us that some of the other deliverers are just lazy and dont want to pick up those bundles to deliver them. There have been 8 to 10 trash bins full of The Magazine still bundle-tied with original ties almost every month. Our mail also comes around 6pm almost every night! This is AFTER the elections!

Package to be delivered by Amazon on Thursday. Text from Amazon stating the carrier could not deliver due to gate being locked. Man gate was not LOCKED! The carrier too lazy to get out of truck and place behind gate. Emailed to deliver today. Nope, mail came and no package per request. On hold for over 1 hour to complain. Always getting the wrong mail from other neighbors. So bad we exchanged phone numbers to let each other know we have their mail! What a joke.

I have lived in several different cities and have never had an issue receiving my mail. Until I moved to Canyon Country... I have had so many problems the past year with my mail being returned to sender even though the correct address is listed and just a few weeks ago I had a gift card stolen from my Mothers Day card! Opened my mail and took my property!! Then had the nerve to put the opened envelope back in my mailbox!!

I seriously hate USPS. They "lost" my package and said it was delivered. I went to the USPS location and gave them my information, they were very unhelpful and even though the manager told me they would call me back the same day, they never called me. I still have yet to receive any information on my package that was never delivered to me.

Terrible! Zero accountability, unreliable, unprofessional. No help whatsoever. Nobody knows anything, that is, IF you can get someone to speak to. They dont answer the phone and are rude if you show up in person. Constantly sending my packages to Northridge. FedEx is a much better choice!

Meh! You Wait outside on the loading dock until someone shows up. No counter window, no place to sit to wait, loading dock unprotected to prevent falling off the edge, no handicap access and VERY slow service with only one person to help everyone. Very unprofessional!

Havent received our mail in 2 days. Cant ever get a hold of anybody. If someone does eventually answer (rare) they are no help and very rude. Have been hung up on multiple times.

This location is more like shipping and receiving. This is not a place you can buy stamps. If your package is already stamped and paid for then you can drop it off.

You would have better luck sending a pigeon with your package tied to its feet then using USPS service. * incompetent carriers * poor customer service

Seems just fine, we have gone here a couple of times when we had a hold placed on our mail, and while theyre a little slow, they held a LOT of our mail.

This is only used for picking up packages that were undeliverable to their intended addresses. You cannot purchase shipping here or stamps.

The worst post office I have ever seen. They do not answer the phone. Bad service at the door, mail lost. Id rather use ups, or fedEx.
