I have used this location for years .... and I spend roughly $1,000 a year making copies here. Have been happy with the location until recently. Today I made about $30 of copies. Went to print my receipt and the machine was not working. An employee told me to go to the front for my receipt. There was a long line of people at the front waiting to place orders. I only needed a receipt for work I had already done. The employee who told me to get my receipt in the front was doing something in the back, there were several other employees hanging around, and the manager was taking care of the customers. Seems to me if you actually want to run a business, you have your employees taking care of customers so there isnt a long line, and if you KNOW that your regular customers (this is a work day) cant print receipts on their own because you have failed to have your machines working properly, that you at least have a register where they can go and get a receipt in under 20 minutes. My conclusion is the current manager is not capable of managing.

Love this Fedex! Why? On a Sunday I needed a manual printed that day. I went to the Calabasas Fedex and they said it would be about two hours because there was only one employee working. I went to the Fedex on Victory and Topanga where there was again one employee working and the job would take eight hours at the earliest. I went to this Fedex and I saw as I walked in that there were two people working. The job was done right away.

As a small business owner, Ive been doing business with this particular Fedex/Kinkos since 2007. I have other options, but choose doing business with them simply because they always go out of their way to accommodate the needs of my company. Incredibly helpful, personable, and friendly staff for the most part as well.

Fred is terrific! Excellent service!! The shop is spotless, parking in back. I needed color copies. They came out beautifully. Fred used first rate paper for my copies, a quality business. Now my go to copy spot! For black and white or color!
