Still waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday(paid for next day delivery, the package made it to the fedex near me on time but the driver must have went home before finishing his route!). Fedex consistantly lets me down and its a shame UPS isnt always offered depending on who you buy merch from. Why offer next day shipping and have someone pay first if its not going to be on time??? On two other occasions the delivery person WAS TOO LAZY TO COME TO MY FRONT DOOR AND LEFT THE PACKAGE ONCE BEHIND MY FENCE WHERE I COULD BARELY FIND IT, AND ONCE NEXT TO MY DRIVEWAY WHERE EVERYONE COULD SEE IT!! These were fairly expensive items and the one behind my got rained on because i didnt know where it was for three days. In an unrelated event i just watched a news report where a driver threw a computer monitor over a 7 fence and was caught on tape, check it out online. These guys need to start screening their drivers better and pony up on some overtime if thats what it takes to deliver packages on time afterall we pay the extra when we need one day or two day shipping!

Very disappointing talking with the customer service. Sandra (she might be located at the Van Nuys location actually but not fully sure) the manager was extremely rude and even hung up the phone on me. Fedex clearly made a mistake which she even acknowledged and then she became frustrated with me even though me, the customer, is the one being screwed and not getting my delivery on the time it was promised to me one day ago. She needs to realize that she should not get frustrated with the customer. That is completely unacceptable. If I did not push and push to speak with managers to get my package asap, the customer service was completely fine telling me, "sorry but you are screwed, nothing we can do." Absolutely unbelievable to treat customers like this.

They didnt even knock on my door. They put a delivery attempt on my door and walked away. They didnt leave the package which was ok to do(no signed delivery). Did I mention I was literally waiting by the door for an extremely important package that I had paid a lot of money to arrive today now not only do they say I cant pick it up even though its says I can on the slip. This must be the most incompetent delivery team around. I would suggest anyone who needs a package promptly delivered to use anything else but fed ex. Even if its in Amazon, DONT USE FED EX YIU WILL NOT GET YOUR PACKAGE ON TIME! Youre better of using a courier. Snail mail would actually have been faster.

It is Christmas Eve, and we are waiting to see if all the presents we got for the kids will make it in time for Christmas. Apparently, the driver has failed to find our address for the past 5 days, and our package is in the truck today, so we cant pick it up. We feel helpless and frustrated on what should be a day to celebrate. I am really upset at the thought of having to try to chase down that package, or spend this evening buying more presents for the kids. I really want to give the delivery driver a piece of my mind, but Im settling for a post here. Not enough, to be sure.

I have been home all day as I am waiting for my IMP package that I paid extra $$$ to be delivered early. I check the tracking online and I see that they updated the timeline as "CUSTOMER UNAVAILABLE OR BUSINESS CLOSED" along with a future dat and time scheduled for delivery!!!!!! I run outside to fetch the "delivery missed tag" and it wasnt there, $$$ well spent. I WILL NEVER USE FED-EX AGAIN, This isnt the only time this has happened. I hope the driver is having a good time somewhere, good for him.

Im baffled by all the one star reviews here, as I think this shipping center is fine. Not perfect by any means, but then little is these days. If theres a line theres always a short wait, and if not youre pretty much in and out within five minutes. The staff are generally polite and help when can. Seems that a lot of folk are taking out their aggression for not getting packages on time, or for packages ending up back at the depot (which doesnt have anything to do with the shipping center itself).

Every time I bought something and it has to be delivered by fedex its the same story.,we try to deliver the package but there was nobody at that time and I have to call and put a hold in to the closest office,the last time I when the same day but today they told me to wait till Monday because the package it was in the truck. They are really Lacey people,all they have to do is get the package out of the truck and give to me but they cant or they dont want to do what they get paid for.

Thank you Fed Ex for the terrible service yet again......nice big gap in delivery time and the 20 minutes someone isnt here to sign you come. Then a rep tells me they got behind schedule because of some snow storm on the east coast when I live in California and its shipped from California! To top it they wont even drop it at the Fed Ex store in my town they take it back 30 miles away......GFY

I was just there this morning and I simply waltzed in and waltzed out with my package I told them to hold. I was there less than 5 minutes. The guy there knew where my package was and was friendly too. Maybe just their delivery guys have problems because I had no trouble.

Very useful, First they send me a message that the gate is locked ( no gates exist ) Store is closed ( its a house). No tags placed on the door, I looked at my security cameras, No Attempt was even made to make the delivery. I had to go to the hub and pick it up.
