I went to this location twice to ship two different packages, two different days and both times found them to be uncooperative and PICKY. I will not be using this Fed Ex location again, will drive the extra distance to the other Torrance location. Additionally they were said to be "picky" in their packing requirements by the FED EX driver himself and this was true in the extreme. The Driver was very helpful in steering me to the other location and this helped me feel much better about the FED EX brand! I should say I ship material for a living at a large Airline with twenty seven years experience and never have had this type of negative experience. One time could just be a fluke, twice seems like store policy to be "picky" and difficult. This second "event" I had a slightly irregular package, where the four flaps did not come together "perfectly" and it was rejected, even though I explained this is a BOX within a box , known as an over pack in the industry. I explained that and that today is the last day in town to accomplish this shipment. My sense was that they merely are pushing to sell boxes and offered to pack it for me for a huge up charge....hmmmmm. The person in line before me was also having a "hard time" getting through to the employee what they were trying to do with a picture and they were very robotic and not customer service friendly to him either.

Staff is super-helpful and theyre open and ready to help from 7 to 11! Paid a very reasonable amount today for a custom packaging for my laptop that is going back to RMA and the result was above my expectations. I strongly recommend....
