Terrible terrible service! Lost my packages and they would NOT take the responsibility to fix the situation. The clerk told me if the shipper asked, they will state that they delivered the package. To translate what I heard, they will lie to take zero responsibility!That person further told me just to file a claim with the credit card company. IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR!!! This government agency WOULD NOT take responsibility for their mistakes; they have redefine the term "government employee" to a whole different level. Zero star if I could...

4/14/16 - Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Government agency. Sent them numerous complaints to them online about missing mail and they simply ignored all my requests and never responded. I have had no mail delivery in over 10 days. Finally had to elevate to the Department of Consumer Affairs and Inspector General. Waiting for a response from those offices. The local post office located at 955 Deep Valley Dr, Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA 90274 should be ashamed of themselves and employees should be disciplined.

Looking for my package that had shown out for delivery, later in the day I receive an Alert, package is un deliverable due to invalid address, not sure how they can sort it at my post office, send out for delivery then say no valid address? Now waiting on the phone so far for 50 minutes. Not sure what I need to do to locate my package. My neighbors and myself are always delivering each others mail because the postman delivers to the wrong addresses.

Here we are again at 6:30pm with no postal service. Almost as bad as going to local office with no service at all. This is reported by USPS as being the best in the world? Where is that compared, to, Bolivia, Afghanistan,, Syria, Lebanon....??? It seems that we have fallen into comparisons with third World counties. What a shame...Shame on you,USPS.....NO SERVICE AT ALL......

Worst experience I have ever had in a post office. Sullen front desk man, long lines, broken self service machines (wont read your credit cards although I tried four current cards), interminable wait. Would rather go to the dentist!

Awful and horrible They do not deliver ail properly. they do not answer the phone. They do not deliver the certified letter, just put the pink slip in you box and drive away. most terrible service ever you can receive.

Probably the worst post office in Southern California. Slow service by employees that show no respect for the public waiting in long lines. God awful place to have to go. Best example of our wonderful government in action.

Got there on Saturday morning at 8am since it opens at 8, but they didnt open the door until 823am. There was only 1 guy with a real bad attitude to help the 15 or so customers waiting in line. what a shame....

Impossible to get hold of them over the phone. I tried to call to make an appointment for passports. When FINALLY someone picked up, I told her what I needed. She hang up! Lines are always long. Disorganized

Expect to spend hours of your life here. In the end you will probably not get anything accomplished at al. The staff attending seem to just disappear, not to return. Frustrating
