Ive been shipping with Fedex for my eBay sales for I guess 20-some years. Ive never had anyone complain about the quality or format of my package before, but the younger and then older woman here spoke up harshly when I walked in with my drop-off shipment - a product branded box (that was pre-labeled and not violating any rule I could find on the Fedex website). They absolutely refused to allow me to leave it, told me I would have to rebox it (for extra $$$ of course, and my old label would be voided and Id lose my eBay rates). I turned around, left the line that was about out the door and found another Fedex dropoff that had no issues with my package, which arrived on time with no problems. The people in the PV office are seriously hardcore anti-customer. Another time I came here the workers here didnt realize the pickup time was changed...so the driver just left at 4:45, before the regular time. All the people in line started groaning.

Worst FedEx Office store . I ship packages every week, mostly print the labels myself and only drop off . My go-to store is in Torrance on Hawthorne and Torrance Blvd. (theyre great at that location) but occasionally I have to go the PV location. They would not let the driver take packages because it was a few minutes over 5pm , even though the driver asked if he can my take boxes. She was not done with the labeling I clearly made minutes before 5 and its not my fault they are slow at doing their job. I waited more than 30 mins for them to make 5 labels. If they are so by the book with rules why could they not figure out how to place all my boxes on 1 bill? I had to do 5 separate transactions Lady with the tattoos is rude and has the worst customer service. She made a guy buy tape to ship his box and the worst part is he had to wait for the lady to finish with my boxes. Not worth the hassle, go to UPS its just down the street

This is the worst complaint!!my brother just passed away i went to put all his pictures on a DVD to play at his funeral service,a guy name Marcus help me i was so shaken i paid for the Dvd and left when it was time to play the DvD the priest played it and it said disk err i tried again nothing then we realized (Marcas) put it on a CD not a Dvd thanks Marcus I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!

I ship packages every day Fedex ground in this facility but the guy is kind the rude Attitude name is I believe name is mark .. My package return it . Because say need repack my original manufacture package .. Want to charge additional fee for it ..not recommendable place..

I went to fed x to buy a couple of things and was helped by someone named Marcus he thought he knew what he was doing but he didnt! I dont know who hired him but he should be fired and the guy that hired him should be fired too !!!

Pretty helpful staff, they will help you get done what needs to be. Parking is terrible and you have to be careful of people who dont pay attention to the weird one way parking lot

The lines go fast. Very limited parking outside. The computers in the back work amazing. They also have snacks inside. Haha theyve got it all.
