Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this store. The gal who was helping me was obviously new which would not have been a problem if one of her coworkers had stepped in and given her some assistance. She was trying her best but was confused about pricing-first she told me shipping was going to be $40 then she said it was $16. Then she said my package would take 8-10 days to deliver but failed to ask if I wanted priority mail. The third issue I had was the package ended up being shipped not through UPS but through the US Postal. I was not informed of this and figured it out when I tried to track my package. The problem with US Postal was the package had to be sent to a different address (at my daughters college) than sending it using UPS. I showed the woman the specific address for UPS and never did she inform me that my package would be sent through USPS otherwise I would have used the USPS address. Very disappointing. I guess Ill try FedEx next time.

Always helpful, patient and polite. My first choice for shipping anything cuz theyll box and insulate your shipment so it arrives intact. They also offer plenty of shipping and office supplies so you have everything needed to box your shipments at home. They also offer shredding service for your personal paperwork that needs secure disposal, call for cost.

Three separate members of staff went above and beyond to help me out in complicated, unusual shipping request. Then the next day I had to go back to the store to make a change and they were again very accommodating, patient and professional. Thanks again!

Ive been coming to the UPS Store for years. They are always very helpful and friendly. Have had notary service here as well and didnt have to wait, especially 45 minutes like the other poster claims. Sara, the manager I believe is very helpful too.

Great Staff! Great customer service. Always service with a smile and treat their customers very well. I have been to many UPS stores but this one is my favorite. Positive hard working staff that clearly puts the customer first!

We have used their mailbox service for years. Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Sarah,Albert,Valerie,Andrew,Robert(former),etc...They not only greet us but acknowledge everyone who comes in.
