Ive been here several times now hoping for a better experience, but every time I walk in all I get is a ton of attitude. I always feel like Im a giant burdon on whoever is behind the counter. Rude, unprofessional... And Im normally there because the courier screwed up in the first place. Note to FedEx: When the driver claims he "tried" to deliver my package, but never knocked on the door or left a note, and I come in to your service center to pick up my package because of his utter failure, dont give me attitude. Its just going to aggravate me further. When I call the 800# to complain, your operator should empathize with me, make me feel validated in mt complaint, and offer a solution instead of offering nonsense excuses and tell me Im out of luck and will now have to wait three additional days for the package I need desperately tomorrow. I am flabbergasted at how incompetent your entire team was today, as well as most of the other times Ive had to deal you. Im a businesses owner that deals with a lot of shipping, and you have succeeded in losing my business forever.

I have never heard so many excuses in my life. Everything from he must of had the wrong apartment to the gate was closed. I filed a complaint because no one knocked on the door when there was a claim for attempted delivery, no door tag left, and the next business day when a door tag was left it said first attempt, and by the third business day (when again no door tag was left), it was too late to request a hold on the package. When I file a complaint I dont want to hear excuses and lose more time at work, (I already lost hours because I had to go to the warehouse an hour a way to pick up the package I paid them to deliver), listening to excuses. I want to hear how you will improve your service, and how if some random chance I chose your service again, it would be better! Fail on customer service, fail on delivery. I was told during these conversations that UPS usually is favored by leasing offices, and they have access to gates that FEDEX does not. Hmm thank you for that suggestion Mr. FEDEx Manager, I will be happy to use UPS in the future.

First off our fedex guy is lazy half the time we order things the guy doesnt even make an attempt. Me and my gf have lived here 3 years and almost never had a successful delivery from this location. We actually paid to have a doorbell installed at the gate just so that lazy prick cant avoid delivering. But we stilll have packages say 3 delivery attempts with reason "business is closed" yet its an apartment with a fking doorbell at the front gate that never gets rung! we take days off of work just to wait for packages to never arrive, then at the end of the day the tracking number says attempted even though we sit here all day with the door wide open waiting and watching and testing the doorbell. We have complained many times in person over the years, and have requested to make a formal complaint so that this never happens again every time the manager does NOT file any form of written complaint and that guy still works there after 3 years of this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was home when the Fedex delivery guy pulled up next to my apartment. Its ground level and our back door is on the street. Theres a main gate to the complex and ten feet away from that is our back gate with our unit number and doorbell in very plain view. Our back door was also obviously open with the screen door shut. It was easy to tell that someone was home. I heard him pull up, then I heard him drive away. No knock, no ring, nothing. He could have even shouted through the open door and I would have heard it. My package was very important and I needed it ASAP. Now I have to wait until 6:30 and go pick it up myself. This isnt the first time this has happened. Whats the point of a delivery service if I always have to pick up my packages myself? From reading other reviews it seems that other people have had similar problems. Im not surprised. Can Fedexs delivery people PLEASE attempt to actually deliver packages before driving away?

Got a replacement phone through my insurance after losing my original. Express was the only option and I shouldve received it day before yesterday (Wednesday) at 8, waited all night and no delivery was made. Checked the tracking info again and the estimated delivery was deleted. Called the next day and my package was in the same city (not even 15mins away) at 8 that morning. Unfortunately no one was home to retrieve it Yesterday (Thursday) but a delivery attempt wasnt made until 5pm, now I have to pick it up myself first thing in the morning so I wont be waiting until 8pm like they tell everyone they should receive their items no later than. And their excuse for not delivering it at it original date and time was cause by mechanical issues that they dont info you on but keep you clueless on your merchandise. Worse delivery company by far. Take my advise and stick with UPS!!

First of all they delivered a package in the middle of a workday why would anybody be at home at 1:30 in the afternoon on Monday regardless I get their doors live they were already closed for the day at the location where I package is being held so I wait to the next morning to call them before so I can get my package and pick it up on my own I spent 45 minutes trying to get through to a live person just for them to tell me that my package is going to be delivered at the exact same time and that I had I cant even get it back cuz I have to wait 3 more hours and the guy had the nerve to tell me well you should have called us and I told him how his automated system it shipped a $2 system and he said oh yeah so I would never recommend this FedEx location dont bother with them all they do is give you headaches

I went to pick up a package from this location 2 days ago but did not have my door slip. When I got there 1 found about 10 other people waiting and I was amazed at how well an employee there by the name of Ms Kathy Morgan (L6BA) professionally handled each person quickly tending to all their needs. She was able to locate my package without giving me a hard time for not having the door slip. Honestly I am yet to see such awesome customer service anywhere. Kathy is warm, articulate, efficient and very friendly. She is someone I would love to find at every front desk. Thank you Kathy for making the world a better place and for taking customer service where it ought to be.

it wasnt we the center I had a delivery today drop off not at my front door but my house main gate which is not lock my lawyer send me some very important paper the had my social security number and more personal information well the very SMART driver decided to just leave my documents two feet from my main gate where someone pass by at least every five minutes luckily when I got home my documents they there still they are allow to leave anything the it doesnt require a signature but only IF IS SAFE TO DO SO not happy at all FedEx express
