When I rented a box here about a year ago, Allen (the stores owner) said "Welcome to the family". And that exactly how it feels. I get almost daily calls from him because I often receive boxes that are too large for any of the mailboxes, and hes so courteous and personable that I always enjoy my daily drives to pick up my packages and say "Howdy!". Ive used several of their other services there, too, and have always been pleased. I HIGHLY recommend their services!!

The service is not bad, but the prices they charge to ship things are WAAAY more expensive than the price estimates on the UPS and FedEx websites. I paid about triple what the online estimated cost was. I only found out after the fact, so just giving you a heads up.

photocopying, notarizing and fed-exing a document was so, so easy. Allen Sarkissan, the stores owner, give me fast, personal and kind service. if you are in pasadena and need to fed ex, photocopy, notarize something - dont waste your time anyplace else!

The guy who owns this place is quick and courteous. The notary service is useful, too. Its close to Caltech, which makes it the ideal notary public for any Caltech students to use.
