They scheduled a date a time that was suitable for them and failed to deliver on the day. I had to take a day off and it was wasted waiting around for nothing. Horrible service with Thomas as he promised to call me back if they would be ontime. No call back and when I called back he left for the day and no delivery hours later. Later found out truck wont make the delivery. I cant take days off to wait around for them.

Two times already having this experience. Called them in the morning asking to get a pick up in the evening, and no driver showed up. Called FedEx several times and they just keep asking the address and company name. Service quality is going down way too fast.
