Disappointed. Wouldnt decide to ship with FedEx if I had the choice. Online it said my package could take until 8pm to be delivered. Its a package that needs to be signed for (Also this package is carrying some vital equpitment to my daughter as she is disabled and needs it ASAP, we put overnight and rush) so I tried to pick it up early so I didnt have to potentially wait until 8pm. I initially called around 9am and they said it was already out for shipment but that it would be there from 12pm to no later than 4:30pm. They also informed me that if I had to leave, I could leave a note on my door with the shipment number, name, date, signature and the driver would leave it on my door. Ok, so I make a note and hang it on my screen door while also actively keeping an eye out and waiting. 12Noon comes around so I check the status online and it says that they tried to deliver at 11:45am and I wasnt home and they will try again Monday ...but I WAS home. I was LITERALLY just home waiting on that package. Noone came to my door! I know Im NOT going crazy because 1. My door was cracked and I kept walking outside and 2. If they go to your door and you werent there, they are supposed to leave a notice (NO NOTICE) 3. Even so, I had the sign on my screen door with a signature for them to leave it, if they actually had come to my door, it shouldve been left if they thought I wasnt there...So I called again they said they are gonna tell the driver to deliver again but it could take til 4:30pm because he has to finish his other rounds OK but Im upset because HE NEVER CAME IN THE FIRST PLACE and they didnt acknowledge the fact when I brought it up, except that yes there shouldve been a notice if he came. I called to follow up at 3:30pm and they said they sent the driver message to redeliver but havent heard from him. I tried to keep my patience but at this point, im upset. My daughter couldve had her equpitment at 11:45am if the driver actually came but instead we wasted about 4 more hours of our day waiting and getting the run around. Had I not said something, she wouldve had to wait until Monday for her urgent equiptment even though I was home the entire time WAITING and it didnt come in the first place...About 15-20 minutes later after expressing my dissatisfaction, I get a knock on my door and my package. Glad it came. Sucks we had to go through that. I usually dont leave reviews but what a headache.

They lie about delivery times and really give the customer the run around EVERY SINGLE TIME! They always blame the customer and have canned, lame excuses that they obviously use on a regular basis to ignore the customers needs because they refuse to meet them. CONSISTENTLY the WORST service of any business Ive ever dealt with. I dont care if they claim to have cheaper rates. I will never use FedEx again and I refuse to purchase from companies that exclusively ship with FedEx. I would rather pay extra and ship with USPS. Their employees are much kinder and are willing to work with the customer. I hate FedEx. I dont like their irregular delivery schedule, refusal to deliver at a time I can plan to be home, their lying customer service, and the repeated hardship they cause and then point their fingers at the customer as if it were our job to sit around all day waiting for you to arrive HOURS after your driver supposedly said he would arrive in the area...a time YOU, FedEx, gave. A few minutes off is understandable, but HOURS off is just rude. It means you really just didnt care. Not even a phone call if there was some unexpected added delay. And if a customer calls for customer service, they dont record anything. They dont even write it down. Ill talk to one person one time then after they lie, Ill call again and they will tell me "we dont know who you talked to, so we cant help you." What a bad system. Better hire someone to get your business organized. This is ridiculous.

I ordered something overnight from Amazon and was waiting for it the next day. It never came. They claimed they "attempted delivery", but theyre liars because I was home at the time they tried to deliver my package and no one even came to my door. To rub salt into the wound, I could clearly see their driver around my community not even doing his job correctly. I honestly wouldnt be as frustrated as I am right now if they had at least left a notice of an "attempted delivery", but they cant even do that apparently. These guys are just ridiculous. I will never personally ship with FedEx if this is how they conduct their business. Save your money and time, because I just wasted mine.

I sent my son a package on Tuesday 4/11/17 tracking said out for delivery on 4/13/17 then I looked it up 4/14/17 and again out on truck for delivery so I look again today 4/15/17 and it said will be delivered 4/17/17. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was supposed to be delivered on 4/13/17. It is 46 minutes from their office where it is supposed to be delivered. I was told the package has been on the same drivers truck since 4/13/17 and I guess he just didnt feel like delivering it. It is 46 minutes from their office. It is obvious they do not care and deliver at their own leisure. NOT DEPENDABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sender BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst service for delivery and customer service are not relevant at all.. I was expecting my package on Friday and I track to no where its only to see they came and no one was home which they never did.. Same thing on Saturday and on Monday, I called the office very early to track my package I was told the driver will be coming to deliver which he never did and it started again he came and no one was home. They cost me more money to send the package to my country because my friend left going to my country left on Saturday. I cried because I will send the package with almost $250. Bunch of stupid people and services

Came in early today, to make sure I get my materials, tracked my package probably 20 times, called twice after noon to make sure they knew I was waiting, its 5:30pm tracking again, theres a big red notice that says Im "CLOSED, not delivered", the call center tries to tell me the driver left a missed delivery tag, I tell her Im sitting 5 feet from the OPEN door, no one came by, all she could say was "sorry, its rescheduled for Monday" (when my customer thinks theyre going to get their order) since its Friday at 6pm Monday is not going to be a good call.

Worst service so far!! If youre getting something shipped overnight dont expected to be there on time the next day, or if its on the weekend expect the package until the next week for that matter, I get packages every other week but its rare for them to be delivered when they are supposed to!!! Cant express my disappointment and frustration!!

The worst service. I had an over night emergency delivery on March 25. We never received the package. Checking the tracking they claimed my company was closed. My company with 30 employees was open from 6 AM to 4 PM On March 25. They cost me over $3000. I have instructed my office not to use Fedex any more and cancel our account with them.
