Virginia, Andrea and I think Naomi and Rose are the other names ? All Top Postal Workers. Helpful and very patient attitude, even in the heat of things. I send packages out of state to family for every special occasion, which really keeps them busy! Ive stood in long lines, coming in at 110 deg. outdoors, and people are cranky. I feel for the folks in a hurry and on lunchbreaks from work. Well, just gotta plan better. Post office has notorious Busy Times! So Please Plan Ahead! Just FYI! People like to dump on Public Service workers. Why? Because its a popular complaint. Try being on that side of the counter at the holidays! So lets be thankful for the PO while its still here and for 49¢ they will send your little letter over snowy mountains, lakes and rivers to get it there on time. God bless all of us in this world thats changing faster than a red racecar at Monte Carlo.

This post office is absolutely terrible. I work for a business in Duarte and we have a daily pickup schedule with them, but they often forget to pick up our mail entirely, and if they do remember sometimes two different mailmen come twice and had no idea someone came already. They never answer the phone, it has to ring for 10 minutes before they will pick up. The people who work in the front are extremely rude and should be fired, especially one older lady who looks down her nose at everyone and mades snide comments every single time I go to drop off a package. The actual mail people are nice, but the supervisor is completely incompetent.

Avoid this post office at all costs! They refused to scan my package for a drop-off receipt cause I used e-delivery confirmation. Went to another post office nearby, a clerk there just scanned my package and gave me a receipt without any problem.

The people who work here are very professional, competent, and friendly! I have found them to be extremely helpful, and also exhibit an excellent sense of humor. This Post Office branch seems to function very well.

This post office has the WORST customer service! Rude, rude, rude. Ive been there three times and each time the staff is rude, unhelpful and crass. Im fed up! I will not be returning.
