a zero star experience. Every time I order frozen food for delivery on Saturday, this Fed Ex will get my package and then decide to put a delivery exception request on it meaning that they claim the recipient wants it delivered on Monday or Tuesday instead. No. I never request a delay because my food is frozen and will spoil if you keep it there. When you call them out on it and say that you didnt request a later delivery, they then will claim that the sender requested a later delivery. No. Stupid. The sender sent me a confirmation of delivery date and had no idea that you choose to keep the food there to spoil for days after it arrrived. A few times they would put my box on their truck and deliver it (I always have to watch my email on delivery day and then call them prior to 8am when they make the switcheroo on delivery date to get them to just F-in deliver. Last time, they refused and said I could pick it up from them when I called them out on their lies about delivery date being requested to change. if you dont want a problem with this dishonest fed ex then request a delivery on Wednesday and take time off from work to get your delivery of frozen items. They are very unhelpful and dont care if your item will spoil by the time their lazy butts want to deliver it.

Delivered my $600 package to wrong address, but insisted it was delivered to my house. The tracking showed it was left on my doorstep. I had to fight with them to get them to believe i didnt receive my package. Took them 2 days to recover my package from the people at a different house. They called the police on me and threatened me with jail time if i went back to their facility. Wouldnt let me pick up my package. On day 3 they delivered package to another facility for me to pick up so i wouldnt return to their office. They wanted to ship the package back to vendor instead of give it back to me. They refused to answer any questions about my package to me for 2 days. Said it "was being investigated". At FEDEX the customer is wrong and also a criminal that should go to jail for demanding answers they refused to give. They said things to me like "we cant answer that at this time, its being investigated", "we can not give out any information about your package, the case has been sent to FEDEX security, they will call you when they have finished their investigation".

FedEx didnt deliver a package as requested. I live in a community with gates at the vehicle access points. There are walkways without any gate to get into the complex. FedEx said that my home was closed, and they could not deliver. I believe they couldnt get into the complex through the alley and didnt even bother to get out of the delivery truck to see the entry sidewalk. Delivery failure on FedExs end. Now I have to tell my client their package is late. I paid FedEx to get it here on time, and if they are so great at logistics, why did they hire someone who doesnt walk 50 feet to a sidewalk entrance?

Horrible! Christmas time and needed package even paid more to have it arrive on time! It didnt! I am understanding and know its the busiest time of year. However, the driver didnt even try and says "Business is closed"! Excuse me? Its a home and never had a problem before. Talked to a manager yesterday who assures me itll deliver the next day, today, but what another exception for delivery "business closed"! Now scheduled for Wednesday 12/28! Are you kidding me? Ive been home all day! No driver! Ridiculous and disappointing to say the least!! Merry Christmas

I would give it less than one star. Very bad service. Ask your sender not to send anything through this FedEx Home Delivery. They are deaf to your request. I wanted to pick up my package on my free time b/c I could not be home from 9 AM to 8 PM to accept the delivery, they kept delivering it 3 times when I was not home. I hope they will let me pick it up tomorrow.

They called me the the next day (3/14/17) and said they were going to send my package back to the shipper because they made 3 attempts to deliver my package. I also called FedEx customer service and they told me to leave a note for the driver because it would be delivered on the 15th. Note is still there and still no delivery.

Outstanding customer service staff is extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. Management took the time to address all my concerns and made me feel like I was a priority FedEx is definitely the number one pioneer in the customer service industry.

You would be better off pick up your package then having Fed Ex deliver it. They cannot deliver on time and they can not tell you when it will be delivered.
