Like everyone else, I ordered a package on Amazon for next-day delivery. Package was supposed to be delivered by 8 PM. Its now 9:02 PM and no delivery. According to Dynamex, it could not be delivered because the driver was "unable to get access" to my front door. I LIVE IN A HOUSE. ON A PUBLIC STREET. There are no access codes, private gates, or castle moats to navigate. Called the company and was told my package would go out tomorrow for delivery. Fortunately, I didnt pay extra for next-day or Amazon would be getting an earful from me right now. Ill call them in the morning. UPDATE: I called Amazon that night and they contacted Dynamex. My package was finally delivered the next day, around 7 PM, by Dynamex. I happened to see the delivery man out my front window. He literally threw my package on the porch and ran off. I called Amazon again and told them what happened and suggested they never use this company again. Ive ordered one package "same-day" since this fiasco and it was delivered by a different company. Hopefully Amazon got the message and fired this poor excuse of a delivery business.

Im giving them one star because I am forced to at least give them one star to create a post. Absolutely horrible business ethics. UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and Amazon shipping have no problems at all getting my shipments to me. Dynamex finds it impossible. Once I noticed that Dynamex decided not to deliver my items I gave them a call and told them to make a 2nd attempt. The agent I spoke with over the phone told me that the driver would call me once on site if they had any issues. Of course, that did not happen. I called Dynamex again and they told me they would deliver my items the next day. Waited all day and no signs of Dynamex, no calls from their driver nothing. I echo what others have said, if you see Dynamex as the company shipping your item, call amazon, ask for a different shipping service. I honestly had never heard of Dynamex until I looked them up on Google.

Oh my where do I start, I ordered one day delivery for an item and of course no delivery or even attempt to deliver. Called the next day apparently my neighborhood was to dangerous and they were not able to deliver my package. Its been 3 days and still have yet to hear anything promising that my item will be shipping. All they say is it will arrive between 5-9 pm. Problem is its dark out at that time and itll get to "dangerous" to deliver. I hope this Fullerton company closes soon because they are dysfunctional and apperantly believe if your neighborhood looks remotely dangerous so are you. Pro tip for everyone, dont order from this dysfunctional company if you are in a dangerous neighborhood, they will discriminate against you.

I was sitting on my bed next to the open front window and watched the delivery driver throw my box at the front door from over 15 feet away. I immediately stood up at the window and asked "did you just throw my package?" and the driver turned made eye contact with me then RAN AWAY!!! He straight up ran away like a coward instead of face a 53" female because he knew what he did was wrong! I immediately googled the company so I could call and complain since Im disabled and cant run after him. I also did the live chat with Amazon to report it to them as well since you never know if the person who answers the phone will actually do what they say when theres an issue.

So I ordered a Impact driver set from Amazon and got the next day shipping. I get home from work at 8:30, nothing. I look at the tracking and it says delivered. Furious, I call Dynamex and after holding for 30 minutes, I give up and call Amazon whos customer support trumps all. Imminently the Amazon rep knew what I was talking about and was glad to give me a replacement order. Literally as Im talking to Amazon over an hour after my item was scanned delivered, I see a truck pull up, the driver throws my box on my lawn and driver off. NEVER use Dynamex, their terrible. Amazon please stop using this horrid company.

I ordered all the liquor for my sons wedding from BevMo, who in turn contracted with Dynamex to deliver it. Delivery was scheduled for 4 pm, and the wedding ceremony was scheduled for 5 pm. After the ceremony, guests were supposed to go through the receiving line and end up at the bar. But Dynamex never bothered to even pick up the supplies, let alone deliver them. BevMo employees scrambled to make the delivery, but they were so late that when the guests came through the receiving line to the bar, all they found was juice. Thanks, Dynamex, for totally screwing up a major event in our lives.

Delivered on day 3 when i needed same day delivery. They call dispatch with no answer, tracking info online is inaccurate/false and the history changes if they make a mistake to make them look better, asked to call upon delivery which did not happen since they dont know how to use my apartment dial pad for some reason. Only good thing is that the 4 different agents i called in 3 days were friendly. However they were useless in what they could do to accelerate the delivery or provide info.

The worst ever. My package delivery date was on the 10th, and now is 23 still not here. Called them but they dont know whats going on, so my package are in their warehouse and they just reschedule me again and again this is the fifth reschedule. Called them to cancel my shipment 47 times but no one pick up the phone. Their supervisors are highly unlikely qualified to do their job. Do not use this company. I have no idea why they still exist. I feel sorry for them.

This company is the worst shipping company ever. It took forever on hold to reach someone during the multiple phone calls, they have no idea where the package is, and they have no mechanism to change the shipping address if they have a problem. I am baffled that Amazon would continue to do business with them. I have never ever had a problem with a package delivery with Amazon Prime before these yahoos. They really need to go out of business. They are terrible.

Amazon package tracking says delivered, but it is not here. Even if it does show up in a few days, I have wasted my time reviewing security camera footage to see if package was delivered and stolen (it wasnt) and now, on the phone with Amazon to register complaint and see about refund. I see from other reviews this is a common problem with Dynamex. I get a lot of packages delivered with no problems, this is the first missing package and it was with Dynamex.

DO NOTTTT USE THESE CON ARTISTS. Ok these people as i knew they would told AMAZON that they had delivered my package when they never did im trying to find out who the Retard that was supposed to be delivering my package is so i end up learing its these clowns from dynamix or dyariah or whatever. KNOW THIS PEOPLE. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS COMING FROM ON-CRACK OR DYARIAH THEN BE 100 PERCENT SURE ITS NOT GOING TO GET TO YOU ON TIME.
