Called DCS Delivery to pick up and deliver some medical equipment for our office. I accidentally gave them the wrong information and they called me and fixed the problem. The delivery driver was smart enough to figure it out and called the office who then called me and verified the correct address. This has actually happened at our office before and the courier company just brought the package back and still charged us. I can appreciate the proactive solution to my problem. I will definitely use this courier again!

Ive been a Courier/Independent Contractor for DCS for a number of years. Ive truly enjoyed the relationship with them. This company is very honest and professional. The dispatchers are great at communicating, and if theres ever a problem, they handle it immediately. Customer service is number one and all the clients I have worked with seem very pleased with the company and their reliability. I would highly recommend them as a courier company and as a place of employment if you enjoy being an Independent Contractor.
