I work at a family law firm in west Los Angeles. I have been using this messenger service for years now and they always do their best to complete what we need done. Sometimes we ask the near impossible and they are able to pull it off in the short time we need. After many years of using them, this morning they really shined. We had a crazy messenger job at a courthouse and the messenger had to sort out some very obscure rules and get us the information so we could fill out some form, the messenger then had to hang out for a long time until we could sort it out and then find a fax nearby. I got personal help from Rolando during all this, who stayed on top of the job and helped direct the messenger. After todays crazy job, Rolando and his teams help, the company deserves a shout out. I needed to get a Medical CD from one hospital to another. They took the extra step to call the individual at the hospital so that a relative of the patient could rush the CD downstairs to the waiting courier. The courier rushed the CD to the other hospital so that the sick patient could get a much needed urgent second opinion. Amazing coordination and customer service! Thank you! Thank you!

Express Connection was, on the other hand, prompt, very professional, and half the cost of the other options I found. Worst customer service NO Speak English!!! told them to pick up 2 boxes for me they only picked up one! wanted me to pay twice but i just called another company instead they wasted my time. Avoid at all cost wont be happy!
