As with trying anything new coming into my first CF class I was intimidated and nervous. But I was quickly reassured by friendly members and coaches that I had nothing to worry about and just have fun and do the best I could. 2 years into my membership I still live by those words. CFT has given me a second home, so many wonderful friends and a new and exciting way to train. Im so happy to have found a gym and a group of people who share the same outlook I have, we just wanna get fit and have fun! Not to mention this place is packed with all new eqipment and extremely clean! I love that they take members safety as a priority and every coach is certified or has mutiliple certifications.

Crossfit Tracy is simply awesome! The coaches are fantastic, and really motivate you to put in work at the classes that are available as well as in open gym hours. You cant get this kind of service and commitment from staff to members anywhere else. In a month and a half I lost 10 pounds, and shaved a whole minute off of my mile time. I love the members and coaches very much. Its like a second family there. CFT is the best!
