First of all... The place is so small... Sometimes you have to wait just to get on a treadmill. Second of all, Their paper towel dispensers are almost always empty. Third, please be sure to read your contracts very carefully despite what the sales person tells you, especially if you think you might have to cancel in the future [or have the possibility of your company down sizing and you losing your job]. I tried to cancel my membership and I even offerred to pay for a fee if there was one and was told there was no way out of the contract unless I moved. So me losing my job is irrelevant to the membership. Dont go to Inshape in Lathop. If you need a gym, go to 24 Hour Fitness in Manteca. The facility is bigger and has a pool and free classes and you do not have to sign a contract and may cancel whenever you like. In Shape in Lathrop doesnt deserve even one star.

Too small, VERY limited equipment (the "curves" kiddy circuit in the front is a huge waste of space), hours are horrible (why would you close a gym at 9:00PM on Friday???) and to top it off you dont get a discount on your membership for this SMALL club!!! They should only charge $10-15 a month for this location. I agree with UgetWhatUpay4, I wish I had just gone to 24 hour fitness like I intended. You dont need a key card to get in there either, they use finger print and a pin number and its 24HOURS and SOO much better.

The best service and cleanest in shape Ive ever been too. JACCOB has that place shinning. Even went and grabbed me a towel during my work out. I will for sure keep coming back to kill all fitness goals. I highly recommend this place to anyone in Lathrop are.

have very little space, I recommend coming here early if you dont want to be waiting for a machine to free up.other than that the staff is alright, its funny how there is a little caesars next door, its a test of will I think.

Toooo small, not a lot of equipments, its expensive 30$ a month, a lot of people go there so you have to wait to use the machiens. No discount no matter how long you stay with them, nothing is really good
