This company is very unprofessional, Lupe emailed me to come fill out an application for a job she had already filled, not once did she mention that its already gone, I drove all the way from San Diego for the pay rate of $74/hour, this is not your average joe shmoe job. Very unprofessional, and I bet they will not have the decency to apologize, Kim, do you know what your employees are doing? Dont trust them with your career, and they blocked me on face book because I told the truth on their wall. "Thank you for your interest on this Vitesse Opening , the next step is for you to come to our facility to fill out Vitesse application, we give applications Tuesday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. This is a position that we need to fill right away and time is of essence, keep that in mind. I will need you to bring two forms of ID with you, 1-2 job related references and OR pay stub from your last related position (this will speed up the process). When you arrive to the facility please ask for Lupe Suarez." Update: Kim took the time to personally call me on the phone and apologize for the incident. Elizabeth has been absolutely fantastic. I have admittedly not been the easiest person to work with as I have called just about every other day to ask Elizabeth any number of questions and she has been perfect. Answering every question very clearly and easily is something that seems to come very naturally for her and she has made my experience with Vitesse an incredibly pleasant one. Obviously i have no place to say how to company should be run but if she were an employee of mine she would be making her way up the ladder incredibly quickly. I would say that if anyone is deserving of any sort of recognition Elizabeth is definitely that person. 10/10 experience thus far.

I was found by one of Vitesses recruiters via Career Builder jobs website and I have never worked with a job agency before, I have nothing to complain about and can only give them praises. From the very beginning, Lupe Suarez has been very courteous, detail-oriented and has followed-up with me in every step I had to take at my new job. I am enjoying my new work environment and can only pray that they will want to keep me as a permanent employee. But if they decide not to do so for whatever reason, I wouldnt hesitate in using the help of Vitesse in finding me another job. I will write a little bit about my experience as an intern at Vitesse.I worked at Vitesse as an intern for 10 weeks, and since the beginning of my internship all the workers at the office helped me a lot. They were always kind, and finding time to help me with the doubts or questions that I had. Also, before I start to work there, they were always responding my emails fast, and helping me with all the questions that I had before starting to work. To work at Vitesse made me grow as an professional, and also taught me a lot about team work and how to provide an excellent customer service.

Really Bad agency waste of time they call you saying they have a jod for you but first u have too go apply to their agency. Afther you goo and waste ur time, they question your work history experience and think your lying or do not qualify for any of their jods they had called you to come apply. And even afther you apply they keep on sending emails saying to come apply again its really annoying the worst agency ever, other agencys first get you a interview with their clients and afther you get hired by their client you apply with the agency ass well.

I’ve been working at Vitesse for a little over 5 months. Shortly after coming on board, I was assigned more tasks and since then have been cross-trained to make sure that all aspects of the company are being met even if someone is out. It doesn’t feel like I’m working with a group of strangers, it feels like a family. Worst staffing company ever! So unorganized! Payroll services is absolutely horrible and unprofessional! They never answer their phone or emails and I havent been paid for my first week of work and that was almost a month ago. Dont wast your time with this staffing agency and go else where; not worth the unnecessary stress!

Working with Liz was wonderful. She is detailed, professional and very friendly! Liz gets the 5-stars, but the process is far too cumbersome and filled with too many documents. Liz has nothing to do with the selection or amount of documents so I did not want to punish her with a lower rating. She is a keeper!

Worst agency than others. Poor quality and ver bad service, late response and sometime ignore without any responses. In addition, more and more unexpected policies are made intentionally to trick any body who has quitted/been laid off after working for Vitesse for a long time....really damn agency.
